Great Product

Great sound for its size, slick design, if you are only getting one google home speaker this is the one you want. The only complaint I have is that you have to have a smart device to set it up. Overall it is a great product, I would recommend it to a friend.

Google Home is a breeze to setup using a downloadable phone app. I was really surprised how sensitive the microphone on it is; it picks up commands from 20 feet away using my normal voice. Fantastic smart home device!!

I love the Google home system. Not only does it look great but it sounds great when you are playing music through it. You can put one in each room and play music throughout your whole house so you never miss a beat while you are doing your housework. Great product individually and as a group

I think I am one of the perfect people to review this product. I was an Amazon Alexa person / household for many years.it wasn't until recently with the new home hub and show that interested me in either expanding my products around the house or converting to the Google brand. I was skeptical at first as I have rarely seen advertising for the Google Home. But after checking reviews I was surprised at the positive comments. My observations. A helpful device.

Google Home: Beautiful design and intuitive controls. We decided to put this one in the kitchen and having the touch controls on the top was very useful. You can pause it by tapping it, and control the volume like you would on an old iPod click wheel. Setup was very simple. Home sweet home

I've had a google home since they came out and love it. great music, controls my hue lights and answers questions like a champ. this one I customized to match our bedroom which is another nice extra. I have only 2 suggestions. first at full volume like my wife enjoys it has a lot of trouble recognizing "hello Google" even when I yell. second all my devices including my phone and other rooms try to answer at the same time. I still highly recommend this for yourself or a gift.

Google Home, Hey Google

This product was VERY easy to install, you just need to follow the directions and viola! And it's so easy to use, you just say, "Hey Google", then ask it any question you need help with and it gives you the answer. Love it! ;-)

It's Like the Microwave

When the Microwave came out folks didn't usr it. Now folks don't know what to do without it. I feel the same with Google Home.

I have been very impressed with the ease of set up of all the Google products. The easy start card is just that easy. This unit is larger than the Mini and has better sound, richer base tones, and is Bluetooth capable. I t also has two mikes built in so it picks up your commands better. Home Entertainment

This is the greatest! Ask it questions and get answers, play music, get news and weather and a lot more. Don't know how we lived without it before. We have a Boise radio/cd player and the sound on Google Home is even better!!!

Depending on your needs, it's a great product

I have this and several Amazon Echos. I personally think this sounds better, more bassy. It also looks quite a bit better in the kitchen. Like all personal assistants it answers some questions better than others. It has a good amount of tie ins to 3rd party services and of course to Google services. I do prefer the manual rotary dial on the Echo, but the touch surface works good enough. For the price you get a lot and they are consistently expanding services. Got this as a Christmas present. Still learning all the neat functions. Nice Radio and fun to play trivia with it.

working so far

I haven't yet made full use of all it can do. Mostly now I'm using it for music as I have Google Play music service. Since I listen to mostly Hawaiian music, it sometimes has difficulty understanding. The sound is pretty amazing considering the size of the speaker. I've also connected it to a smartplug to control a roof gable light and it's working for that. I'll be adding more smart things in the near future for other things.
