I purchased the 78' Garden Hose Reel, and I love it! It is fun to use! I had used competitors auto hose reels over the years, and they worked okay for a few years, but eventually failed to recoil. My new 78' Garden Hose Reel recoil mechanism works really well, and I am sure it will outlast the competitor’s models. I am considering purchasing another Garden Hose Reel.

Great hose. The mounting hardware is horrible for bricks. I used 1/2 inch concrete screws. They worked fantastic!

I love the fact that I don’t have to deal with kinks or wind up a wet muddy hose anymore. The only problem is that it takes all my strength to pull it out it’s full length. Hopefully it will get softer or easier.

I bought two of the retractable hoses.
I bought two of the retractable hoses. I really like the product. However, the plastic hardware sent to mount the hose is not the best considering the weight of the hose. It would be fine going into a stud, but brick and mortar need anchors that are alot stronger than plastic.

I had some mishap occur on my first order
I had some mishap occur on my first order however support was amazing and they sent me a second replacement right away so far I've used and set up the hose right away after delivery, used it for the last 2 days and it works perfectly. The fact that it's 155 ft is amazing. I only wished the hose that was in there was a bit more quality. I guess time will tell.

mounted it in my garage makes cleaning my cars that much easier not having the power washer hose and garden hose getting tangled. Can't wait for the new mounted swivel power washer to come and I will be all set !

It’s a good hose reel
It’s a good hose reel … but super cheap hose nozzle.. Two things I don’t like can’t lock it to the base so anyone can steal and the hose connection allows you to only connected from the right side. I own three different brands and this is my second best..
