It is okay, not anywhere near as good as I thought it was going to be. Because the cover did not fit it is already getting sun damaged. And because the pivot portion is plastic, it is already sagging. It is still a much better option than a traditional hose and reel it doesn’t fulfill original expectations.

I love the 155 ft retractable hose reel I bought.
I love the 155 ft retractable hose reel I bought. The only thing I wish it had was 2 holes at the lower end of the aluminum pipe holder the reel on the wall mount in order for me to lock it. I would hate to have someone walk up and lift the pipe and take the hose and reel.

The hose reel arrived within seven days of the online order. It was packaged very well. It works great. Solid construction and a strong rewind. No hose kinking while pulling it around the yard. The included hose nozzle works really well. It has all the spray styles you will need. Including a soft spray for flowers and plantings.

Like how it works
Like how it works, have to relieve pressure to get it to roll all the way in when done using it,, states that in directions, don’t like that aspect. Also bracket too big to fit on a 4x4 post, another drawback. Otherwise works as advertised.

Fantastic product... this is my 4th unit purchased... I have 2 for myself and 2 for my 75 year old mother... We both love the retractible aspect. The units are easy to use and light weight now its no problem to enjoy watering your yard again. I would encourage anyone who in thinking about this product to get one you will love it like we do...

bought this to replace a Stanley that would never rewind correctly. The tension on the return spring in this is ten times stonger than anything I have used before, which is the reason I bought it. I just hope it lasts. Time will tell. other wise very well made and easy to install. From the reveiws I have read the customer service on this is very good. The reason I chose this brand.
