Very pleased with this reel. I plan to mount on the side of my house, however have not yet mounted as i am having problems with finding the studs!! [Apparently 16 inch stud space was a mere ‘’suggestion” to whomever built this house back in 1978! :-)]. Anyway, was very impressed with the delivery time, and especially the sturdy, commercial grade structure of the unit. I love how easy they are to use and retract.
I love how easy they are to use and retract. However make sure they are in a stud! Very, very heavy. Empty water out of hose and leave nozzle open. Weight from water left in hose puts strain on bolts holding it. Love this hose.

Aging and tired of a reel with manual use handle.
Aging and tired of a reel with manual use handle. Tired of extra long hose left on the ground. This one stood put because of its hose diameter and length. I had help setting the mounting post to ensure strength and endurance. I plan to use this for years to come. So far so good!
