Haven’t had much use with it yet, but I absolutely love the functionality of it so far! The way that it feeds back in and doesn’t bulk up the hose to one side of the other, but evenly distributes it put a smile on my face. Very well built system

So far it looks well made . I love the sprayer . Unfortunately I have to put the Miracle Grow sprayer on . I think I will switch on and off . Those Miracle Grow bottles empty fast after one use .

The hose reel is sturdy, well made. The hose comes out easily, and locks as described, as well as the return mechanism. It can be a bit tricky at times to go from one length, to another and have the reel lock the second time but with a little practice it should work fine. I got the metal bracket upgrade so I would think the unit should last a long time even though it is in direct sun all day. I am interested to see about the longevity of the reel since (if i am correct) I cannot get into it ...

Great product! Works well! We mounted it on a post about 10ft from the house for better access to our flowers. The retractable feature, 180 degree swivel, and the 85 ft. of hose length give us the ultimate ease of access for our watering needs.

This retractable hose reel is nice but there are only 4 complaints about it. 1 being when you hook the leader hose up you are forced to use teflon tape or it leaks really bad which isn’t the end of the world but if you don’t have any teflon tape you better get some. Next on the list is the spray nozzle you get that is super light and all plastic. Yes it has multiple spray patterns but if you drop on concrete a few times i believe it will break. Overall, great product that replaces the outdated long hose. However, the bolts and anchors that come with the hose are garbage. If you buy the product, be ready to go to hardware store to get new hardware. Also, the plastic hose container gets scratched up very easily when installed on brick. Now have to buy the hose cover. Also, doesn’t lay flat against wall. Might be because of the metal bracket I bought instead of plastic. So far, no issues with actual hose. Would like to see the actual hose...
