Finally Installed

I chose Generac after much research. The unit performs as advertised! I'm glad to have it up and running. I cannot recommend the dealer that installed it!!! Austin Generator was a nightmare to deal with!!! Go somewhere else to get it installed. I Ordered it in 11/2021 & was promised. to have it in by 3/22. Long story short, it's in on 8/22.

Wifi adapter is in serious need of a redesign

Generation is very capable and quiet. Wifi adapter is seriously substandard and in need of a complete redesign. Does not work on 5.2ghz and if it loses connection it needs a reboot. Tough when mine is 10ft in the air. Configuration is one of the worst I've ever dealt with in 40 years in IT. Process did not work at all on an android phone and took errors on an Apple phone. Quality workmanship of product and installation.

We had our 48kW Generac installed last week by Auxiliary Power Systems of Remlap, Alabama. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would and worked steadily in the Alabama heat, including digging a trench from our propane tank to the generator through hard, dry, rock-infested ground. Great product

So far I am pleased with my Generac. Had a bit of difficulty starting up for 2 cycles but now working great. Have not had a power outage yet to know how well it works for long term but I believe it will do very well.

Product quality and performance exceed expectations

We were pleasantly surprised at the quiet performance this generator provides. It quickly transfers from provider power to generator power and supports more of the home than we originally planned. Very happy with this product and the installation team!

Ready for Hurricanes!

We have been wanting a whole house generator for years. Purchased the generator in September of 2021. Did not receive it till June of 2022. Once the generator was installed, we ran the 24 hour breakin process. The generator is quieter than I thought it would be. Easy to fill with diesel and it looks good. So far we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. No fear now when a hurricane hits the Gulf Coast.

Generac Generator Has Great Features

This generator was installed about a month ago and I am impressed with the quality of the product and the 7 year warranty as well as the installer's attention to detail. Great Generac Generator

I added a Generac generator to my home for back up power if the electricity goes out, especially this Summer w/possible black outs. A must in every home IMO. Now, if they cut my natural gas, too, I'll just add a propane tank to completely be off the grid.

I have been really satisfied with my Generac. It starts and powers my house within seconds of an outage. The Generac employees have been very easy to work with.

Well designed

The generator was installed today and it is running beautifully. The house has been running on it for 2 hours now while we were waiting on the lineman to reconnect power to the house i can barely hear the generator and the house acts like it is on the main power.

RD03022 built well

We chose this model because of the Perkins Diesel engine. Easy to perform maintenance, has long service intervals. Two minor complaints, it should come standard with coolant heater installed from factory, and should come with longer warranty for the price paid.

I decided on a full house generator and am very satisfied with function and quiet operation of 5his liquid cooled, fully automatic unit.

The product is providing the backup power desired.

While we are still in our initial break in period, the unit is providing the backup power supply as desired. The power level is sufficient and the transfer switch operates as intended. The unit is reasonably attractive and sound level is acceptable. Great product

This generator is amazing. It runs its own test to make sure it works. Yesterday we had a power outage for about an hour. The generator kicked on in about 12 seconds and restored power to my entire house. Definitely worth it. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy it.

38KV NICE, WIFI app not worth the recurring cost

To be fair the 38KV has only been installed a week. I hope it performs correctly during an outage. The unit seems well engineered and the quality of workmanship looks good. The top of the unit should have just a little more taper to reduce the pooling of water on top. The Wifi finally connected after setting it up and a day later started communicating correctly without any other setting changes.
