Exceptionally quiet.

Best investment I've made. Have had 2 power failures in my area since install and generator never failed us. Has run over 20 hours in last month since install while we stayed comfortably inside.

Great product except for shipping damage.

Would Recommend

The delay in getting the product was excessive. Upon delivery it had damages to the enclosure. It also was set up for natural gas and we are propane. We had to wait for the part to correct this before install was completed. We are still awaiting replacement parts to correct the damage to the enclosure. These are to come from the installing business. The unit is installed and operating even though it is pending receipt of the parts.

Disappointed with “Upgraded” Features

Purchased a 30 kW liquid cooled unit. It took almost four months for delivery. I purchased the liquid cooled unit because I was told it would be quieter; there is no noticeable noise reduction. At the installation, it was discovered that the liquid cooled unit will not connect wirelessly and I would, at added expense need to run a line to my modem. So, mobile link is useless to me right now. I have no doubt, the product will run if I loose power but I don’t think it was worth the upgrade. #Disap...

Good experience with a few bugs to get off my chest...

The lead contractor for my project did a great job. Unfortunately, he did have to spend a lot of time apologizing for the "sub's" work. The concrete pad is below standards and looks like it. On the bright side, I've had power drop out more than just a few times since the install, and within seconds, my Generac is up and running. damage

Would Not Recommend

Unit came with a damaged fan blade, and oil is leaking or spilled on bottom of unit. Now i have to hire a certified tech to come out and replace the fan blade since it was damaged in the factory. Unit is also throwing codes, haven't been able to start it. Their air cooled units seem much better.

Still not working.

Would Not Recommend

During first startup inspection, the tech discovered an issue and couldn’t start up. A couple of weeks later, they came out again with replacement part and found yet another issue. This has been a huge disappointment. How many times do I have to make a warranty claim on a unit I have never been able to start up? A replacement should have been offered. Obviously this is a bad unit.

I purchased a 48kW Generac standby generator from Auxiliary Power Systems of Remlap, Alabama. Their technicians arrived last month as scheduled for two occasions to: (1) pour the generator slab, and (2) generator installation. Our local utility service was able to run a natural gas line prior to generator installation. The installation itself went well with no issues and has run each exercise cycle as expected.

The generator was installed sooner than expected. Hook up took a full day, digging trenches, transfer switch, wiring and test run. Slab was poured 2 weeks prior to generator install. Technician provided an excellent overview of features and maintenance. Setting up touch pad and Wi-Fi straight forward.
