Worth every penny

Upgraded from 20KW, needing to handle more load in the house. This new generator is a monster. You can not hear it inside (it is near the master bedroom. Switch over is almost to fast to notice. WIFI feature is great. Our installation was painless ( and fun to watch).

GENERAC great, installation not so great

Signed contract November 1, 2020, it’s now July 23,2022 still don’t have a completed installation. All-Phase Electric Ft Myers Florida has been a big disappointment.

Just installed went smooth…

Will give more detailed review when I have to use the generator…..all good so far.

Placed the order for my Generac 27 kw unit in November 2020, still waiting for installation to be completed, its July 23,2021., cant comment on the product yet, but im sure I'll like it.

The product does have great features.

It looks great and it’s very quiet and I believe that it will do everything that I hoped it would.

From the opening sales meet with Frankie, the entire project was great. Excellent team members work performance, and making sure I understood the process.

From the sales visit from Matthew to the follow up from Tyler and the excellent crew of 6 men, the entire process has been professional and just downright super. We had a 38KW unit installed. The crew showed up around 10:30 and completed all the work at 7:00 p.m. It was a great experience. It's wonderful to know that there are companies out there who have pride in their work and train their employees well. Thank you.

Product Is Excellent

Prior to purchasing I spent some time evaluating gen set units for installations in our family properties. My research over two years and 40+ years with propulsion, engines and electrical generation led me to Generac. I am completely satisfied with the unit. The system is only as good as the installation. The installer Ready Power was beyond excellent. Standards that meet National Electrical Codes and Piping Code standards. The engine is one part of a emergency power system you select. Choosing ...

This size generac is phenomenal!

We have had friends that have installed smaller systems and they do not power the entire home. I believe that if you want to have backup power, it should cover your pool, home, AC, heat, and all other necessities of our daily lives. It will make a world of difference when you lose power next.

Too soon

We have only had our generator for a couple of weeks, and there hasn't been a power outage. So it is too early to give much more of a review than to say that the unit appears to be very well built, and the installation was very professional.

Wrong nozzle, proper tool not included

The unit was shipped with natural gas instead of desired propane nozzle. Changing required significant disassembly. Instructions said to remove nozzle with flat blade screwdriver but nobody has a screwdriver that is 5/8 in wide. I literally had to fabricate a tool to remove and install the nozzles. Installer knew nothing about this so it was fortunate I had a plasma table and proper material to make a big enough tool. What do you expect your installers to do without the right tool?

Very nice system

Although we haven’t yet had a power outage to fully test this Generac 30kw, the initial assessment of the unit has been favorable. The setup by the approved service provider was expertly performed and all test of the unit were successfully completed. We are anticipating the coming hurricane season in the south east with better than usual expectations. We hope that when the time comes Generac will take care of us.

Talk about quiet!!!!!

I just had installed the 38K generac protector Quiet series generator and this thing is a beast its a true whole house generator that running you can have a conversation in front of it. It not only looks good its truly the quietest whole house generator I’ve ever seen and if your looking for one I would DEFINITELY recommend this one.......thanks generac for a great product

Great generator

Happy we got our Generac 27K liquid cooled Generac installed to prevent Texas power outages like we experienced in Feb. Good generator and features.

Unavailability of replacement parts is a big problem

I have a 50kw Generac generator installed in 2007, it has worked pretty well, however recently the alternator on the engine has failed. When I called service to get it fixed I am told that a replacement part is no longer available. They can’t fix it. So I’m left with a generator that is unusable. I can’t recommend Generac generators.

Trusted Brand

We’re new to the generator world and we chose to install the trusted name in generators. Certainly happy to have our whole house system in case of an emergency. We live near the water so storms tend to create more damage.
