The installation went well, a few glitches cut night light wire shorted out causing damage which I had corrected and the cover in the driveway has a vent hole that’s to large high heals could cause a accident looking to happen. A rubber plug drill 2 holes in cover with 1/4 inch drill solves the problem. I’m waiting for Reliable to address the problem. Also must settle my credits . All in all everyone has been helpful and professional.

Second generator

My Dad had an older model installed at his home and we were so impressed by it that we bought a new one when we moved into ours. Couldn't be happier.

Just Installed, will know more over time. Instalation went great. Commishening of the Generator was also great.

The Generator has just been installed. The commissioning went very well also . Function test performance was excellent. Expecting all features to perform well . Excited to have this 30 Kw Generac installed for Hurricane Season and occasional Ice storm.

great generator but switch subject to elements

We had the generator for a few days and when it snowed, it stopped working because the switch is in the open and the snow caused the switch to turn off. There needs to be an enclosure around the switch to prevent this from happening. It's no fun to fight through the snow to turn on the switch. We have placed a cookie sheet (with a brick on top) on the top of the generator which hangs over enough to protect the switch somewhat.

This generac protector 30 KW Has great features

I just installed 3-14-21 Generac protector 30 kw it will run my whole house water well , 5 ton central ac , shop , This summer in ca. Rolling black outs. Generac has me covered. Solar panels won't help you in power outage. ITS LOT CHEAPER TO BUY GENERAC GENERATOR.

First Liquid cooled

this is my third Generac in my lifetime and my second since I’ve lived in stormy, power-outage prone Florida. This is our second generator and both have great features and work seamless when an electrical outage occurs.

48 kw generator

You did not drain the radiator froze up, had to heat rad to remove your fluid, and put in glycol for my regions cold weather. the oil must come out and filled with oil for this climate, it was most likely mineral oil, has to come out. Otherwise Gen OK. do not like the fact it will not turn over unless coded.. I worked on generators in the mega watts for te last 60 years, so I know what I am doing! I wanted a 100 kw gen. but not available in single phase.

Wonderful product

I think your service and help were wonderful . Only complaint I have is , If you think at age 83 I could add oil and do all the thing Jordan told me about , I doubt I would be able to do . I would need your service to do everything . thank you. Martin Markowitz MD

30 Amp cord too short
