Its been 2 years since I got my Instinct Solar

Well, I've had my Instinct Solar for 2 years now and if I lost it I would immediately replace it with the same model. I really like the Connect app and recently after my doctor prescribed a new medicine I noticed that my resting heart rate had dropped. I was able to report that to the doctor and he was able to identify the problem and adjust my prescription. At 73 I appreciate that my Garmin watch helps me monitor my health.

Perfect Hybrid Smartwatch

I did not need a touchscreen. I was looking for a rugged and reliable watch that I did not have to charge every day! This watch has everything I need to get me active. I can't wait for spring weather so I can be more active.

Great Watch

I love the easy set up. With GPS and Bluetooth, you download the app, and the date, time, weather, all download to the watch. Very simple to operate.

Upgraded from my Instinct

I enjoyed the simple yet very functional features I had with my Instinct. The only feature I felt I needed to check all the boxes, was the addition of solar, voila! Although, we're in the winter months and the watch is covered much of the time, I'm sure it's going to be a great feature during the warmer weather hiking, etc. Obviously it was a straight forward transition from my old Instinct to this one.

Run time is great, GPS is a life saver, and the connect app is the highlight in my opinion.

Instinct Solar won't hold charge

I have a Garmin Instinct Solar that won't keep a charge for longer than a day!

I bought this about a month ago and I’m loving it!

So farworks great with iPhone 15 promax and no issues with it communicating

Confusing features and button operations.

Hard to read, poor lighting. Have to look on the phone to read and understand data. Icons and button operations are confusing. Not happy about having to agree to two sets of terms that I will never read but are required to post

Problem watch!

I bought this a year ago and have not been able to have a charge last more than one day even with the use of solar. I’ve reset completely and feel I got a bum watch. I ordered a refurbished instinct watch and it preforms great ! The instinct solar had not worked right since I bought it!

Not what i thought it would be waste of money, not happy and cannot return.

Worked great for long time until.this year

Unable to sync since around the 5th of month. Tried so.e of the trouble shooting items. Still does not work.

Got this watch as a Christmas present to replace my Forerunner Garmin and love this new watch.

Love the watch but time will tell if it holds up better than I watch for my life style.

GPS & Floors/Climbing (Ascend/Decend)

I go this for Christmas. Overall the watch is nice. However my main purpose was for all my hiking I do. The GPS never works always say requires satellite no matter where I'm at. The Floors/climbing do not work.
