Excellent capacity

Happy with the capacity of this washer. It easily handles two sets of sheets with room to spare. Same for towel loads. It also does a good job balancing the load for spin cycle. I have noticed the cleanliness of my linens with this washer.

I wish the capacity was a little bit bigger. It has a lot of options which I love and the ventilation option is really a nice feature. I do not use the smart feature at all, to me that's just over the top I like to be home when I'm doing my laundry. I have not used the steam feature yet and I don't even know what I would use it on. I've only had the set for one month so as far as the odor is concerned I haven't noticed anything yet... I am over all very very pleased with this washing machine.

Nice Washer

Been using the washer for a few weeks now and have been very pleased. Large enough to handle large comforters which is what we’re were hoping for. It may be a bit loud when it spins but nothing more than I expected since it spins fast. Does a good job with getting things clean! I like the added water feature for the larger items and have used the ultra-ventilation cycle when done washing. Takes a while to run the cycle but haven’t noticed any odor at all in the machine which is great!!

Love despite the problems

Love the pair; however, the washer does not always spin the water out of the clothes. They are occasionally sopping wet and I have to run the rinse/spin once or twice. The fabric softener dispenser does not always drain the water and the liquid softener has to be added to the water to the max fill.

Shakes like a FREIGHT TRAIN!

Had for two weeks, leveled by Lowe’s. Terrible! They then damaged our walls in our new house. All around horrible experience. The washer like a tornado coming through our house. We seen no difference in the quality of the cleaner.

Auto detergent dispenser is convenient.

It's ok. Can't handle heavy loads like my Samsung could but it works for us. The dryer settings are weird and sometimes result in less-than- dry clothes.

Best washer

I love this washer. It cleans well, is SO QUIET, and the notifications are great, too, so we don't leave laundry sitting and forget about it. I work from home, and my previous machine was so loud, I couldn't take phone calls during a sprin cycle. GE washer, noisy, and spin cycle

I purchased a new GE washer to replace my Samsung, which was knocking dramatically during the spin cycles while the GE doesn’t spin around the floor like the the washer it replaced it does makes a significant amount of banging while it is in the spin cycle very disappointing with the performance of the machine.

Garbage

It lasted a little over a year, right after the warranty expired. Door won't open. No one will come service my area even after buying the protection. They sold it to me without mentioning any of the no service area. Thieves. I was directed by the people who wouldn't come service this area, to call a private company and pay for the malfunction. They told me it's not worth the service call because it's usually the computer board since he has dealt with this problem with many other washing machines...

Old workhorse’s new progeny

We replaced our previous #450 GE Profile washer with this 650 series. While this one is similar, it does have some great updates. Previous Front loader inner workings looked pristine as I took it apart for repair only to find the spider arm broken and no longer in production. We were kinda hard on the last washer and it held up leading to this purchase.

This Washer Stinks

This washer has a terrible design with microban door gasket. The gasket hold moisture and grows mildew. The gasket is borderline impost to clean and it lead to clothes smelling awful if you done immediately move them to the dryer. The instructions say the door needs to be left open to dry out properly, but that doesn't seem to help.
