Disaster

Totally disaster, the washer stops working after 1.5 year normal use when warranty is only for 1 year, and it takes more than 2 weeks for GE to send a technican to diagnose and repair it. I will not suggest anyone to buy any GE washer from lowes.

Beautiful and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a dream. I love the ability to load the detergent and have it dispensed as needed. There are also so many options to create the perfect wash cycle. It is also stylish and I love the carbon color.

Washer

I’m not sure how dry the fan gets the door dry. It on runs for a few seconds and you don’t hear it or feel air coming from the door vents. It’s fairly quiet.

Really cleans everything beautifully! The spin cycle is so efficient that clothes dry quickly. Very happy with this washer. The dryer dries quickly and does an excellent job...no wrinkles!

Samsung sucks

Seems really nice. It was just installed today. Anything is better than the Samsung it replaced.

Terrible reliability

This washer has given us 2 problems already. Randomly started and stopped , got a tech over to replace the main board and the issue is back again. Mind you, this was a brand new washer that came with the house that was used very carefully for 1.5 years when the first issue happened. The issue is now back, a couple months after this replacement.

Loud machine.

This is the second time buying this type of machine. It's loud when letting the water into the tank. The pipes bang. It's not a water pressure issue because I have had that checked in my house already. It also is loud when it spins.

Perfect Upgrade

Very Fine Machine

This is my first smart washing machine, I have to say, I really like it. If I’m away from the machine, it lets me know when it’s nearly done with a cycle, then when it is done. I wear a smart watch and I get the notification from there. The venting feature is also very nice to have, as front-load washers can retain water and if your water has a smell, that will help to reduce it.
