Bought this back on Jun 4 2024 price was good, fast forward to March 2026, luckily I had the extended warranty the motor went out why no one knows, not only that it harbers detergent. I clean my washer with vinigar on hot, have done the clean cycle, and decided to try active washing machine. I cant seem to get the suds out in the picture that is with absolutely nothing in it and this is after doing a vinigar clean. This washer is so much better than my old one. I can wash a king size comforter in it. Love all the things it can do.

The installation was done really well and they made sure the washing machine works.

Do not buy this washer. I called a local repair company and they won’t work on it because they have had so many issues.

AWESOME VENTILATION TECHNOLOGY

after using the NEW TECHNOLOGY for "ventilation" I was AMAZED!! Could not believe how clean my machine was after cycle finished; this is awesome as I wash lots of blankets/covergins for my dog/cat AND look forward to FUREVER having clean machine. Have not utilized the SMART technology but have done a dozen loads; IMPRESSIVE!!

Replacement washing machine

Our first GE front load washer had catastrophic failure. It was not even three years old. The controller board died and was more expensive to replace than buying a new one. We have replaced with the same model and purchased a 5-year extended warranty for repairs. I do not expect this washer to last any longer, but we are covered by the extended warranty. Great for large items

Love Love Love my new washer and dryer. I have dogs so I have washable rugs, the 8 x 10 fits well in the washer and dryer and they dry very quickly. I would highly recommend this product.

purchased at the end of january and the control board already went bad, the unit will not drain

Failed in less than 3 years.

Experiencing some sort of power cycling issue in less than 3 years (less than 21 months). Happens every 41 seconds. Powers off and back on. Common issue when researching online. I am extremely disappointed in GE reliability. They should be recalling this!

Great features!

I love that the bowl lights up when a load finished, and it is so quiet! I love that I can fill the tank and it feeds soap automatically each load. So many great features! Thank you GE !

Update: after playing with the controls a bit the washer is working well. ClothesI just purchased and used this washer yesterday and I absolutely hate it. The 5.0 capacity which I bought intentionally for my large family is worthless because our clothes are still soaking wet after the wash. I have to take out half to spin them to get they dry enough for the dryer. It's being returned this week. usually spin to dry but large loads can be a challenge. I'm happy with it. Fabric softener dispenser

The fabric softener space stays half full of water almost all the time. I dont like that.

Amazing Washing Machine

The washing machine is amazing! Even in the max spin sounds like a fan running! Even with blankets there is no uneven thudding…. Amazing! The best part is the ultra fresh keeps washer dry and smelling wonderful! I am sold on GE washing machines. I would not even think of any other band!!! Thanks GE for a great product!

Great set!

We have had this set for a couple weeks now. It looks beautiful and runs well. The detergent reservoir is amazing, I didn’t know if I’d even want to use it but it is so nice to not have to put detergent in for every load.
