Overall good performance.

Something I would appreciate in a washer would be a soaking cycle. This wash seems to be doing a good job and has many cycle options. Happy with my purchase.

Issue with leaking

I bought this washer in April & GE has been out 3 times for repair. They finally found the issue but now part is on back order until middle of September. Dlk

Definitely not a long term investment

We bought a GFWS2605F0RR front load washer in 2014. In my life, appliances have averaged 10-12 years before needing anything other than basic care. This particular washer is 4 years old, and the tub bearings are shot. You can spin the drum by hand, but it won't spin on its own. I assume there is an electronic timeout which puts the machine in pause when it doesn't detect the motor moving. I should also note that there is no belt on this model. Terrible Customer Service

I bought this washer and the compatible dryer about a month ago and I was so excited. The day I received them the washer was damaged and was only left as a loner in order to wait for the new one to arrive. The delivery man placed the order and I spoke with the agent over the phone to confirm the order, it was suppose to be received by July 10th (date both confirmed by the agent over the phone and was written in my receipt for the washer and dryer). Clean, Clean, Clean

Some of my white bathroom rugs haven't looked this clean since I first bought them. I could tell my clothes, sheets, towels, rugs, everything was getting cleaner with my new washer. I love the musical sounds the machine makes. It's easy to operate and allows me to customize each load.

Home warranty company replaced my Whirlpool Steam Duet that isn't made anymore with is model. I love the many features. Especially the light inside and the tumble feature.

Amazing Settings!

This Machine is Amazing! My Wife Loves this Machine! Of Course So Do I! It has So Many Selections! The water it removes from all clothes and any Size of Load of Clothes cuts down the Drying Time Significantly! Why didn’t we buy this machine before? I am dumbfounded! Actually I am Speechless! Cleans well

I bought this a month ago and really like how clean my clothes come out.

Great washer

Love the features and the ability to separate compartments. Washer cycles are long but there is a quick wash and time save option if your in a hurry. Also is very quite which is a great benefit.

So much LESS

Had the 2011 top end model. Wore out too soon and bought the closest model I could get to it. This model has so many less features, options and cycles -- features I used and still need but can't get. So disappointed. First model arrived damaged and had to be replaced. At least this one is quieter, but the changes are not for the better. Hope this one at least lasts longer.

Don't like much

If you lean a little on washer it lights up or starts. It wobbles and hammers (35 years never had problem in same house). No need for all the settings just makes it look like it does a lot more and less is best. It never stays on the same setting load to load. Can't hear it signal when load is done even on highest setting. When washer stops after a period of time all lights are off so if you couldn't hear signal wash done and you forgot you had a load in there is not indication there is a l...

Great features

It was bought for me by my insurance as a replacement of a broken one and I chose this one love it

I do not have faith in GE now I bought and it started tomake some funny noise. the piston wents three of them snap and only two is holding up the barrel. The repair man told me it will cost $1000.00 for parts then his charge. I have to purchase a new one . Of course GE warranty is long gone. My Kenmore last for 20 years. This only last for 4.

Not meeting my expectations

The washer doesn't handle the spin cycle well, often finding myself removing half the load to ensure it completes, if not it just goes on for hours... The washer also has a smell to it... I've run tub clean almost once a week, and can't get rid of the smell, like dirty water/mildew clothes... I'm kind of disappointed.

horrible! cloths never spin out!

So disappointed, the cloths come out so wet I have to spin out twice. Also was promised a rebate and it was denied.
