Great Purchase!

No complaints! Cleans huge loads and the places i work i get very dirty and my clothes come out clean clean clean, lov it!

No extra spin cycle!

Wish you could just do a “spin only” to wring out extra water on things like bath mats, etc.

Large and relatively quiet

The machine has been working very well so far. It has a lot of room and except for the spin cycle, is very quiet.

We like the washer but it taking some time to get use to the high efficiency use water. We have to use the prewash feature to feel satisfied that the clothes has been thoroughly cleaned. I have to admit, our water consumption has gone down drastically. We hope this machine last as long as the one we replaced (18 years).

The BEST washing machine I have ever owned!

This machine is a serious workhorse. Thoroighly cleans clothing, bedding, towels, etc easily without wearing them out.

Junk

Load balance issues. 1st machine lasted 2 weeks. 2nd machine just lasted 1 week. Still under the Lowe’s 30 day policy, going to try another brand.

Poor quality

I purchased this washer 13 months ago. If there is a loss of power, the washer will not operate when power is restored without a technician service call.

Great Washer!

We are very happy with our purchase. I researched washer and dryers for several months before deciding on this GE washer and dryer. I wanted a higher capacity washer that was quiet and efficient for our family of 5. We have the units stacked currently and they are both very quiet and clean very well. I have used a few of the different cycles to wash towels, sheets, small loads, along with regular loads, and everything comes out very clean. I wish we would have bought these sooner!

Great BUT

Excellent product. Simplified the selection for wash cycle. Previous model had way too many choices. Great color and improved the looks. Washer and dryer are much quieter when running. BUT the access door to the filter in the washer was delivered broken. Same issue with the previous model. Can't believe this is still an issue.

The Best

I love this wash machine because not only does it get everything so clean but it does large loads like my king size blankets! It also wrings everything out so good that I only have to use the dryer for a short time which cuts down on my electric bill.

I actually love the washer and dryer, had issues with the Home Depot delivery company. But the quality of the product is top-notch.

1st I buyed i had to change the mainboard 3 times.

So quiet!

I recently upgraded my washing machine after our dryer died. After shopping it made sense that upgrade the whole set, and man, I am so glad I did! I am thrilled with this washer. It is incredibly quiet and stable. The load sense feature ensures that there is no rocking of the unit due to an unstable load. The capacity is a HUGE upgrade from my previous unit. I adore the steam feature for sheets and tough stains. Thanks for the great washer, GE Appliances. You’ve made this momma very happy...

GE replaced our broken washer with a brand new upgraded model for free. New features included a light inside the drum which is very helpful. We have had no trouble with it.m

Love the different cycles

I bought another brand and after one day of laundry I knew it was not for me. I returned what I had bought and bought the GE Washer. I LOVE IT. Couldn't be happier.

It does everything!!

I've had this washer for a few months now and couldn't be happier. It does everything that I expected plus a whole lot more. All the different settings for types of loads and stain settings .I love it. Highly recommend this product.

Large heavy duty capacity

We use it for household laundry and also washing heavy duty items dealing with dog and horse care and performance is excellent.
