Easy to use, nice price and can handle big loads, love it.

Load Sense keeps showing up

Washer was installed less than 1 month ago. I cannot fix the "load sense" message which means I have to call a repair person unless all I want to do is wash less than 5 articles of clothing in a quick wash. No access to normal, sanitise, anti-allergen or steam. I thought this would be a great washer. It isn't!!!! SORELY more than disappointed.

LOVE this washer!!!

I'm so happy with my new washer! It gets our clothes so clean and does a great job of removing cat hair off of blankets and clothes! I would recommend this washer to everyone I know!

Bought in Dec 2017 and like it a lot.. Washes well and uses minimum water as it weighs the load before adding water.

Finally

So I was in the market for a front load washer, end ended up buying and returning 3 different brands ( 2 Korean brands and one Swiss) before finally buying the G.E. This washer is so smooth and quite compared to the other, unreal the difference. This is a sleeper that I hope people realize is very competitive and better in my opinion. The only thing, I wish the display was brighter sometimes hard to read.

I purchase a GE washer and a GE dryer two years ago and both have had to be worked on twice. I have spent as much in repair/service calls as I did on the appliances themselves. The GE consumer dept. offered to sell me parts at wholesale on a part that was "fixed" under warranty and yet failed again less than six months later. You decide if you want to purchase a GE.

We received this washer as a replacement through our home warranty. We love it! It is so quiet, and really gets the clothes clean!

No Longer A GE Fan

I loved the GE kitchen appliances I have, so naturally I went for their WD when my Samsung went out. I purchased this beautiful set back in November and still do not have a nice working set. I purchased from Lowes and first the washer had issues, they took it back. Then the dryer had tumbling noise, the reordered that. As of 1/29, they delivered both NEW W&D and it is even worse. The delivery guy checked the dryer before he left and it sounded like the drum was loose, so he placed ANOTHER replac...

Great Features

This is a great washer. It has all the features you want. The first load I did was a load of towels to see how it worked. You could see they came out cleaner than my old washer. This has the features that my old one was missing for less money. Like quick wash, more water, steam etc. It sits a little low. I would like it to be at least six inches higher. But other than that it has given GE a good name.

I previously had a GE product for over 29 years and I look forward to again using for a little by time.

Great cleaning!

First thing I noticed was how much cleaner my clothes seemed to be. They just really felt different.

So quiet and pretty.

We never had a front loader before so are amazed at how clean our clothes are. Although the wash cycle is longer than any washing machine I have had in the past, the clothes come out nearly dry so it cuts down the dry time significantly
