Solid Upgrade

Lots of features and the first loads we did were much quieter than the previous washer we had. Definitely need to keep the door cracked to let the washer dry after use.

Love Features

We love this washer would tell anyone and everyone buy one they are awesome.My husband's family has always used GE and my family has had a few and we love them and they rock!!

Spin cycle issues.

The washer is nice, but this is the second one due to a warranty replacement of the first model. The spin cycle is far too aggressive when it spins. The tub cycle while spinning moves from side to side and front to back shaking the floor, is noisy and moves around on the floor due to the out of control spinning.

This was a home warranty purchase. Nice looking washer with several bells and whistles however very noisy in the spin cycles and retain water in the detergent dispenser.

Looks Great

Delivery was on time and quick and knowledgeable. Looks great, this is my 2nd GE Washer. My previous Model only lasted about 2 years but luckily the warranty covered most of the cost to purchase a new one. Hopefully this one will not fail me. Keeping fingers crossed!

GE Washer

I am enjoying my new washer. It is quite and easy to use. I did have difficulty opening the pump filter door. I had to ask someone to turn it for me, as it was so tightly closed. He had difficulty turning the handle and really had to use brute strength. Otherwise, I am very happy.

Not great

We had trouble getting the washer delivered in factory direct shape We sent back the damaged one, ordered another one, which was also damaged. Third delivery was successful but it is a very noisy machine!

Washer

Would like a rinse cycle only. Some heavy loads are too wet. I like the low water usage!

Not enough water

The Washer has many features, but I feel like it does not use enough water. Also the wash cycles are lengthy, however it does have the time save button which is nice.

Solid Clothes Washer

I love the color, but more importantly the reliability of this product. It has great performance, quiet and the clothes are very clean.

Great machine!

We’ve had this machine a couple of months now, and having moved our laundry to the main floor (from the basement) we appreciate the quiet operation of this machine. Easy to understand controls, even though first glance I thought it complicated. I was wrong. Since it is visible off the kitchen, I appreciate the machines goo looks in the dark blue color we chose.

The rubber ring around the door is difficult to get out/keep clean pet hair. Does not seem to cleaner well. Need to run loads through twice.
