Declining quality and ease of installing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (1) This is the 5th one that have had over the years (25!) and the quality continues to decline. The previous one did even last three whole years. They just seem to be better than the other brands but not by much. I had to buy an extended three-year warranty for this one. Looks good

Nice looking unit that fits fine. Door latch seems tinny. Disappointed that it doesn't include power level even though there is a power level marking.

GE Microwave

So far it’s working fine although I am disappointed that the latches are plastic. I don’t see this microwave last 30 years like my last GE microwave.

New GE microwave

Microwaves works and looks great in our kitchen. The installation was easy and the controls our easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lights overhead heat to the point of burning you. So we cannot use . Also the turntable is flimsy and the glass comes off the track. I would not recommend this appliance to anyone.?I really want it replaced. We had to pay an electrician to install it. He dented it under neath. This was a very bad experience buying this item.

Nice unit

Replaced a Maytag microwave with this GE. It's quieter, cooks more evenly, and was easy to install.

Capacity is fine for my needs. The controls are easy to understand and use. The sensor feature is new to me and it works great. The installation was done by professionals provided by the store and it went extremely well.

vent fan is quite and micro wave is quite. Door is a little loud closing .

Changed Model Features

Missing auto nightlight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous ge microwave had a nightlight that that could be programmed to come on in the evening and shut off in the morning. I'm disappointed that feature in no longer offered. Everything else works fine.
