We really enjoy our new microwave. Thanks for a good product. Hope it lasts 25 years like our other one did.

Not so many bells and whistles but does the job.

We installed this ourselves when our old one died. Installation was fairly simple with two people. We were happy we could get a new microwave the same size as our old one so it fit the space. Also glad we found one in white. The capacity is good. It took a little bit to learn the new controls but they are pretty intuitive. I miss my rice button though! We were used to a pizza button, but reheat plate seems to work ok. The sensor feature was new to us but seems to be pretty accurate.

Great features

So far so good. Beautiful finish. Easy to use instructions. The vent does not blow in my face like my old one did. Great amount of space inside. The turntable is a plus. Most of all, the installers from Mega Plumbing were top notch. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well Built

Well built microwave oven. Matches our other GE Profile kitchen appliances to a T.

nice looking great features

Instalation took approx. 2 hrs. Had a previous GE over the oven and thought the hanging bracket that was on the wall was the same as the new one. all the parts were supplied and we used the new bracket that worked perfectly. very nice looking and working fine so far.

Matches oven, same width, height and features

Hoping this one lasts longer. Bought similar six years ago and it just died. Bought new as close to it as we could find but had to make one new hole as holes for screws not same distance as last one.

Love the features!

So far so good! we love having the over the counter microwave compared to the one we had ON the counter.

Enjoying my new microwave and it was easy to install. A little more than a month later I decided to register online and it would not let me change the date that I received the appliances which was actually March 7, 2026..

Needs user manual

No user manual at ALL included. Should include a printed user manual booklet.

Great Microwave

This is my 2nd of this exact model. 1st one replaced another of the same make and model in my purchased house. Last one last 9 yrs. I do have a complaint though about installation. You moved the !@!#$ screw mounting holes and changed the mounting bracket on this exact same model! Why?!! What could have been a 5 minute R&R became forty minutes extra effort, three new holes and stress for me. No complaints about the microwave it works great (as expected).

Horrible product

Failed in 2 years. Won’t heat an it’s basically still new. I’ll never buy a GE again. This was my 2nd inside of 5 years.

great product

Very pleased with our new GE microwave. Installation was easy. The unit opens at eye level, allowing easy to place food in and out. Reaching over the stove.

I love my new GE microwave!! It looks great and works great!!! All my appliances are GE and I love them all❤️ Highly recommend this microwave or any GE appliances!

Above average microwave

The appearance is attractive with a large array of control buttons for cooking. The vent fan isn't as noisy as my last one. The over-range light is bright. Seems to cook OK. It's noisier than my last one when running and it sounds"clanky", metallic, when the door is closed, which gives the impression that it isn't high quality. But that's to be determined since I just started using it.

Steller (almost)

Almost stellar product. Only thing I would add is a rack, so you have two cooking levels

Working ok

So far so good. The last GE microwave only lasted 1 1/2 years!!!!!

Noisy

It is a spacious and efficient microwave, but is very noisy when in use.
