Sounded like a good idea

Product looked well made and installation was super easy. Easy to adjust and use. Worked just as described and pretty happy with it so when the other toilet started acting up I bought another. Within a month the 1st one failed and constantly ran. No apparent way to fix it so installed the old style kit. Just last week the 2nd one failed. Got 12 months out of one and maybe 6 months on the second. Junk Junk Junk Stay away from this product. But if you're in Florida and really really want on...

Cool product

I didn’t realize that this only fit a 2” but the product look very nice and the instructions were easy to follow!

Does not secure well

This flush assembly doesn’t work on a Kohler tank because it doesn’t use a nut to secure the flush valve to the tank. It just has a couple of cheap clips.

Worked for 3 weeks

After 3 weeks we have to to “jiggle” the handle after every flush, otherwise it will keep running indefinitely. We’ve tried adjusting the handle but it’s like it gets stuck in open. Since installing it we’ve most likely used more water than previously because of this issue. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Does what it’s supposed to.

This is ideal for the environmentalist in the family. It’s easy to instal and the directions and clear. The small flush is enough water to get the job done and the large flush is your standard flush. The only thing worth noting is that the “small” flush is an up pull rather than a down push so guest in your home most likely will not even know it exists.

Broke after 10 flushes

purchased July 2019. Failed within 3 weeks in a bathroom rarely used. Cost per flush probably $3. If you feel you need to purchase it, buy several or just donate money to the manufacturer. I read reviews and thought the quality problem had been fixed. Shame on me. Believe the bad reviews. They are true.

Fluidmaster

Did not state on box what was needed to install, the handle is terrible (stays in the direction of last flush). If my water bill goes down I will give it 2 or 3 stars.

Flush with Pride

This product was easy to install and works flawlessly, it’s so much quieter than our old system. We have in a bathroom that shares a door with our kids room and we would avoid flushing at night for fear of walking our little ones, but this system allows us to flush with little fear of waking them either at nap time or bedtime.

Not Complete!

Says very plainly on the box. In fact it says it twice. Complete System. Complete Fill and Dual Flush Conversion System,. This system is not complete. It requires a $15 flush valve if you have a Mansfield toilet like me. Instructions call out additional parts if you have a brass flush valve. How can it be complete when it is not? Thanks for wasting my time Fluidmaster. :( :( How can you cheap out and not incude the needed parts? You should get zero stars.

Works like a champ!

This was easily installed with one caveat, make sure to the gasket compound for sealing the flap valve is spread out or formed to seal the flap valve inlet. The only issue I had was a leak around the gasket compound once I worked it to fit better no more leaking. Otherwise an easy install.

Sticks open sometimes

I thought this would solve my issues of the chain falling off or the flapper staying open. No chain but the flapper still doesn't always close.

Do not buy.

My toilet runs all the time. Water leaks by the flapper. I am using more water after installing this. This is also very cheaply made.
