Limited use, limited result

It looked like a premium, well thought out product, well packed and decent instructions. Installation wasn't too difficult, especially since I lucked out and had a 2" flat opening already. I frankly was going to give it 4-stars at first, because the putty was poorly placed on the angle adapter and had to be reseated, than 3-stars because the half flush on MIN was not that different from full on MAX (in my case it's 1/3 and 2/3 of ths tank), but now just 2-stars rating, because the handle would n...

Works for almost 2 years

Works good for about 1.75 yrs. Started having trouble with handle not working for low or high flush. Had to tweak/adjust for only full flush. About two weeks later the gear box or cable failed. Stick with the basic model.

Duel Flush

Good product but would suggest looking at the flush valve first to make sure it sits flat at the bottom of the bowl. If not, buy a new flush valve also to avoid having to do the job twice.

No real improvement

I have an old style full tank toilet, so I thought that this fancy flush system could yield benefits as I continue to use this older toilet. GOOD The kit was complete, the retrofit flush valve adapter went on my old internal parts well. Construction quality was good. NOT SO GOOD The half flush seems to work ok, but you have to hold up the handle 4 or 5 seconds. water leak

Purchased duo flush from lowes. Had to replace it in the third day with the regular flush as it was unable to make a seal

Handle broke

The plastic inside broke and now the system is useless. Haven’t had it 6 months Can’t just buy a replacement handle to fix it. It worked OK, not great, just OK. It was always fiddly. We made due because we live in an old house that needs the high flow toilets you can’t buy anymore. This made it so we didn’t have to flush twice.

Doesn't last.

I bought and installed this about a year ago. Today i am replacing it with a standard flusher. The cable system is awkward to use. It requires a lot of strength to flush either direction. Because of that the plastic fitting for the handle has cracked. Guests had to ask how to flush because it was so hard.

Works great, no leakage, adjustable.

Many of the negative reviews on here seem to have more to do with the users ability to follow directions, rather than the product itself. Also the previous model had issues with the cable breaking, but that issue no longer seems to be a problem.

Not a complete kit

Bought this "complete" kit to replace a leaky flapper. I started reading the instructions and it says a new flapper is not included and needs to be purchased desperately. Of course the flapper it needs isn't stocked at my Lowe's. I returned this and went with a different brand that sells a complete kit and it had everything I needed to install it.

Not Worth the Time and Effort

Doesn't install correctly on angled seat valve. Flapper piece did not seal correctly on the flush valve, so water continuously ran.

Misleading Product Title

“Complete System” is not accurate. Complete really means if you already have the pre-existing connections in place, then you can proceed.

Easy install; bad instructions and prep

Overall install was easy (only good thing). The bad: instructions are very poorly written and didn't mention all the various parts used for final setup; the dual flush flapper mechanism feels very flimsy in construction; the sealing putty on the angle adapter was poorly prep for use, and even massaging to try to move spread it for even seal was not successful in 2 out of 4 installs resulting in leaking that was faster than what being fixed.

Not a good product .

1st. The handle mechanism is super flimsy. It falls off entirelt too easily. 2nd. The flapper replacement mechanism didnt have a solkd connection. So now my toilet leaks worse than before!

Easy to install, mostly

This kit is super easy to install and set the flush amounts for each flush, but make sure to read the instructions 1st thing. It won't work with Mansfield type flush valves, so you'll have to drive back to lowes for a fluidmaster or any flapper type valve. If you start off with the right parts, this is only like a 20min. Job.

garbage, don't waste your time and money with this crap, I was sold on the save water concept, well its the exact opposite,keeps wasting water

Fluid master repair kit

Works well so far. You can adjust time flo for both up and down flushes. It does take a bit to refill.

Great product

I have the product installed in all my toilets and they all work flawlessly. I’ve definitely noticed a decrease in my water and every little bit helps.
