Would Not Recommendcould not seal the product to the flapper hole buy a Hydroright by Danco or a one2flush much better product
Can I rate a ZERO? Terrible product where quality went?
Would Not RecommendI purchased 3 of these 3 for upgrade in my toilets and are the worst products I have owned. I have problems getting toilets to flush very poor action and I have them set on almost the upper limits. Toilets flush and refill during the day for no reason. I used to be a fuildmaster advocate but your company's quality has gone to hell definitely would not buy again or recommend to anyone. Very dissatisfied customer!!

Long term quality
The unit worked fairly well for the first year, but has slowly stated to jam and not work well. I’m looking to replace my unit with a more conventional mechanism.

This product does not offer gasket replacement
Would Not RecommendThe product is ok, easy to install and easy to use, however after using it for some time, the valve start leaking. I can see that I can replace the gasket and solve the problem, however I was not able to find gasket for this product. You need to replace the entire valve, which I think does not worth it for the time that it last.

I would NOT buy this again for use with a American standard.
Would Not RecommendI had great customer service in trying to get this product to work with my tank but after a month of unplugging plugged toilets I would not recommend this product for use with a American Standard 45 year old toilet.

Easy to install. I have the new version
My Fluidmaster was installed in an old Kholer. Works perfectly and has the dual flush. I have it for about a year and continues to work well. I do have to hold the lever up slightly longer for the half flush and the lever hits the lead. Full flush is easier. Happy with the system. I plan to replace two more systems.
Stay Away, Won't Save Any Money
Would Not RecommendBought this on 2/18/18 and installed same day. After two weeks, the "solid" flush option need occasional jiggling of the handle to reseat the flapper valve, which was not a huge inconvenience. More recently, however, the solid option not only requires jiggling every time to reseat the flapper, but it requires increasingly vigorous jiggling to reseat and now the "liquids" option requires jiggling to reseat. I haven't had it long enough to see the impact on water bills, but based on other reviews ...

Absolute disaster...please stay away from this product!!
Doesn't work at all. It required both settings to be at MAX to even work and it still keeps breaking 5 times a days with water keep flushing down the drain. I have wasted 10 times more water in 2 months than if I had stayed with regular flush. Now I just need my money refunded for 2 units I bought and a way to revert back to regular flush.

Worse than ever
Would Not RecommendI bought this to replace a 10 year old generic flapper and handle which had broken. I figured it would be a good idea to have a low flush/high flush option, instead of just trying to have a low flush toilet that needs to be plungered weekly. Well, this unit is junk. At first I could not get the plunger to seat, even using the angled seat adapter provided. I had previously emptied the tank entirely and cleaned everything inside, including the seat. After much finagling I was able to get it worki...

Doesn't work well
Would Not RecommendI bough this 9/7/2017 I thought to save water, installed it on my kid bathroom, on a new flat valve opening (also Fluidmaster). First problem, the valve doesn't always close when my daughter use it. Every times she flushed I had to go upstairs check it, because I could hear the water flow continuously, and I checked the valve was remain open, so I had to wiggle the lever to make it close. I had enough with it, after few months I took the Duo Flush valve off on February 2018, but kept the Perform...

2 years and still saving alot of water
Would RecommendI installed the duoflush system about 2 years ago. It was relatively simple to install. it sealed excellent and functions as advertised. I assume i have saved a lot of water as a result. with adult off spring still living and visiting frequently the system gets used ALOT. My only concern has been the flush lever broke and it is a pain to flush now. i need to see if i can buy just that part to repair it. If i can buy the flush lever as a separate part i will be a very happy customer. i recommend ...

Highly Satisfied
I bought two of these kits for two different toilet tank designs. I highly recommend this kit as it was easy to install and the calibration for the water volume settings were simple to set up. For one tank I set to minimum and the other is a 2 and I was able to dial down the max volume sett8ngs as well. There is more force with the flush as well so hopefully no more clogs. I recommend this kit to other DIYs.
Use a 5 gallon bucket to fill your toilet, it works better.
Would Not RecommendTerrible engineering! It doesn't seal properly so it runs several hundred gallons a day down the drain always! Also, after working with your tech support all 3 units that are installed all consistently leak by hundreds of gallons a day. Also, the adjustment for water used on the 2 separate flush capabilities need to be set to max, 12, to be functional. DO NOT BUY unless you like wasting time, water, and money!!!!

Great idea, poor execution!
Would Not RecommendWhile I was out of town on business, my wife who is pretty handy purchased and installed a DuoFlush unit in our Am Std toilet. It worked pretty well for 3-4 months and then it kept leaking water into the bowl from the tank and running water about 3-4X/hour. I tried adjusting the dials, reseating the unit, reshaping the putty seal and nothing helped. I finally checked their website and initiated a online chat session with tech support. The rep was very good and when I described the unit I had...

Wasted much more money than it will ever save
Would Not RecommendSeems like a lot of negative comments and the response is to call the customer service line. I have the same issue. I set it up and it works. A day or two later it will not seal. I want a refund.

Absolute garbage
Would Not RecommendNo matter what tweaks or adjustments I made to this system it would randomly not seal and allow water to run past the seal. I tried adjusting the seat, the handle, the settings and more. Nothing worked. Now after 2 months, wasted time and a water bill that is more than 4 times my normal water usage I have switched back to a normal flap seal and have no problems. Bottom line this product did the opposite of saving my family money and am highly dissatisfied with this product.

Do not buy
Would Not RecommendI have installed 2 different brands this month and this one was a total fail. Buy the Danco version instead. We cant actually use the up motion of this secondary flush because of the toilet lid. and sometimes the down motion gets jammed and causes the toilet to run constantly.

Simply Don't Buy It!
Would Not RecommendI successfully installed this this Dual Flush system and it actually was a fairly easy installation process. I have owned this for approximately one month and it has wasted more water than saved. The problem is that occasionally after flushes the flapper, or whatever it's called, doesn't seal and the water continues to run because the tank does not fill. A simple wiggle the handle seems to get the flapper to seal. Trying to teach two young children to wait and listen for the toilet to stop filli...
