Hefty Tape Measure

Really liked the extra length that came with this tape measure. I have the 25ft Shockforce version which is also pretty nice. This one is a bit larger and more Hefty which works well for my home use. Great tape measure

The Lufkin Command Control 35-ft Tape Measure is a great tape measure. The tape measure is easy to read with the measurements in black on a yellow background. Measurements are all standard units with no metric provided. The hook at the end easily grabs on to the other end of a board and does not accidently come loose. Decent Tape with a couple drawbacks

This is a decent tape with large numbers that are easy to read. I would have liked for it to have the tape printed on both sides. It has a good standout, but not as good as advertised (11’ 3” vs 12’). The finger tip control/brake works well until you get close to the end and the rivets from the end hook get you. The end hook can hook from the top or bottom.

The best tape measure.

I couldn't have been happier when I received the Lufkin 35-ft Tape Measure. The first thing I noticed was the quality and weight of the tape measure. It seems like a very sturdy tape measure. I also noticed the 360 degrees end hook that could possibly be hooked an anything. That's a huge plus for me. Another huge plus is the 12' standout. I got up to 6' and thought that was amazing. Haven't tried 12' yet. Love the big numbers too. Very easy to see. I highly recommend this tape measure.

Feels and works like it should

In my workshop, I have tape measures of 25ft or 200ft and this 35ft makes my projects a lot easier. I don't have to have a second person or mark an area to measure from which can throw off the proper length. This is a great tool to have. The coating seems to be pretty impact-resistant, I have left makes on it but it still holds up. Nice size clear large lines

Nice tape. There is a nice finger stop underneath comes in handy when running boards fast. I like the large arrows for the foot marks, it makes it easier to see when wearing sunglasses. I would of liked an auto stop feature.

Nice

I was looking to upgrade my tape measure and I thought this would be good. It works just fine. I like the length, that way I don't have to make a mark to readjust the tape measure to finish measuring. We have a room that is 34x24 and I was able to prove that it was correct using this tape measure. So overall it works well for my needs

A Good Quality Product

The product works really well and looks good. The tape slides easily and is easy to read and understand. It is easy to lock and unlock as well. The numbers and markings are easy to read.

Heavy Duty Tape Measure

This tape measure is one of the best I've had. It's heavier than most I've had due to the reinforced body. It's easier than ever to lock in place when extended and the larger grip hold at the end gives you reliability to hold on and keep the tape measure in place without worry it might slip while extending for a measurement. First off, know that this tape measure is heavy - it's a 35 footer, and the case feels pretty sturdy, so you should keep this in mind if you're going to be wearing it on your hip all day long. I generally only keep a 25 footer on my hip at most during the day, but I wanted a tape that I could keep handy and not have to break out the measuring wheel for everything. Sturdy tape but reel is weak

I ordered this tape measure due to how heavy duty it looks. After receiving it, I can confirm it’s as durable as it looks. I can extend the tape to 12ft before it snaps which is great for lone projects. I love the opening on the bottom that I can slow or stop the tape without using the slide lock. My only complaint is the reel to wind the tape is weak and needs help regardless of how much tape is extended.

Heavy Duty and Easy to Read Tape Measurer

This tape measurer is heavy duty with a bonus finger brake underneath. The numbers and lines are easy to see with the bolded contrast to the tape. Using the multi sided nail notch was also a bonus to see as it was very easy to attach to the end of a board or even a screw or nail. The only downside I noticed was the spring tension was a little too much and the nail notch part can pinch your finger if not carful as it retracts all the way back, but isn't so bad if the tape is a few feet out.

Wow! I love this tape!!!!

This tape is awesome. I have had so many over the years, but by far this is the best so far. The features mentioned FULLY accomplish their mission! The Matte Finish is PERFECT in the best sun, I couldn't get it to produce a glare at all! The endhook is multi-functional and will grip about anything. Very useful

This tape measure is a very useful tool. I like the fingertip control and the end hook. It is kind of heavy but seems like it will be very durable in the long run. It has very large and easy to read numbers but is only printed on the top side. I have had others that were double sided and that is useful sometimes but not a deal breaker for me.

Very Nice Tape

This is a nice measuring tape. Pros: -Longer than the average 20' to 25' (this is 35'). -The finger tip control opening below is pretty cool, considering it prevents your fingers from getting pinched when you the tape rolls back up. -Feels solid in your hand and the tape can extend quite long before folding. Upgrade from Shockforce

So, this tape measurer is an upgrade from my Shockforce 25 footer. Overall, it has a more durable, rugged feel to it. The pull out is very smooth and the retraction is not fast so no crazy retraction there. The brake on it, is great. Doesn’t slip so that’s a plus. The stand out is said to be at 12ft. I was actually able to get 12ft. That’s when it broke down so they owned up to their rating there. Overall, this is a really good tape measurer, and I do recommend it.

Well-built and very functional

This tape measure is very sturdy and there is enough measuring length for most projects. The locking mechanism has a smooth action and holds the tape very well. The tape itself is not flimsy but very stable. The tape measure is well-designed and solidly built.

Made well

This is a heavy duty tape measure and it's made well. The measurement numbers are extra large and easy to read. It has a locking button which I like using to lock a measurement in place. I like the 360 degree end hook so it's easy to measure and hold on to what I'm measuring. The sides of the metal tape measure are very sharp so be careful when closing the tape. I also like that is 35 feet long usually it's only 25 feet. This gets the job done.

Great tape measure with large letters

Great tape measure. 35 ft long and big letters for easy reading. Very durable and a good end to hook on a nail or hook for accurate measuring. Has a belt clip as well if you need to hook on your belt.

This tape measure is slightly above average. I like the option for 35' over the standard 25', but it does make it slightly bulkier than it's 25' counterpart.
