I have been very happy with the sleekness and functionality of the machine

Beautiful design and easy to use!

Super easy to get started. Beautiful design. Looks lovely in my kitchen. My only complaint is that the grinder clogged within the first 2 weeks of use. Not sure if that’s normal but hoping it doesn’t become an issue.

We love the look and enjoyed the machine. Unfortunately the grinder broke after less than one week. So working on getting it replaced and hoping that does not happen again.

Grinder stopped working after one week. Do not purchase. I ended up sending my higher quality machine into the shop to get repaired after returning this product.

About average: decent but could be far better

The machine looks great and as a semi-automatic machine it is convenient. Personally I would have preferred more manual adjustability over convenience, however. I had worked in dozens of coffee houses in my younger years and am rather handy around an espresso machine- not boasting, but just setting the scene for my expectations. The settings after setting it up out of the box are not great. The grinder dispenses too much coffee so even after tamping the porta filter won’t rotate into the machin...

Great Product

I order 2 coffee machines, mine is still in the box. My daughter is using her and I try making coffee from her machine and I love it, now I’m in the process of setting mine up. I got to have my coffee.

Gets the job done

This is a great machine. Except the grinder does get clogged often regardless of how often you clean it or which type of bean. I’ve already had to send in one machine because it was spraying grounds everywhere and couldn’t figure out where a clog was happening. Hopefully there will be a fix with that bug. I use mine every day and often times multiple times a day.

Nice Machine!

I’ve only had this machine for about a month but I really like it so far! It’s pretty easy to use so far but I haven’t accessed all of the features so far (such as the WiFi/app capability). I think my only complaint so far is that my drinks never seem to be super hot but overall I’m really enjoying this.

Leakage after barely 2 1/2 months DON’T BUY!!

Hello, I bought this machine at the end of February and now it’s already starting to have issues. Unfortunately it’s starting to leak from the bottom and I’ve descaled it many times and it still has the same issue. The dip tray will also be empty and will continue to leak.

This is my first time owning an Expresso machine and im in love. This was the best investment Ive made in a long time and will always have my Cafe expresso machine

quality doesn't match price

Not great quality. marking on buttons are already fading, in 3 months

Buttons are cheap looking

Machine works good but the quality of the buttons are bad. The words on the buttons are already faded.

Incredible features

My daughter has this product which I found to be totally amazing. So in return my children purchased this for me for my retirement which made me very excited

Already broken

Delicious espresso. But we’ve only had it for just over a month and the grinder has already broken.

Solid product

Solid product! Love the feel of the pieces, heavy duty. Beautiful looking. Huge water reservoir. Love that you can select different coffee grinds. Nice that it connects to the smart app.
