Initially, I had reasonable hopes as it seemed to be constructed with substantial components and, after a lengthier than necessary adjustment process to get the grind and amount just right, it actually does make a good shot of espresso. Not worth the money
Would Not RecommendThe grinder has already stopped working after 8 months, and the cleaning feature also has malfunctioned. The machine over pressurizes while ONLY using the steamer wand.

Grinder/bean hopper stopped working within the 6-8 month... I am unable to find a replacement. It is extremely frustrating because it didn't even last a year.

Beautiful and convenient
It is a gorgeous machine, the steamer works well and the water tank is huge, which is different from previous machines I have had. This means you dong have to refill the water too often depending on how much you use it, of course.

Would RecommendI love this espresso machine! I'm a newbie at making my own espresso. It took a little bit of getting used to, but reading the directions and looking at videos really helped. The espresso tastes great. The Frother works really well and is easy to use. Plus, the machine is beautiful to look at!

Pretty Good...has drawbacks
Would Not RecommendWe like this machine but it has its drawbacks. The grinder gets jammed occasionally and that’s with us only grinding fresh beans on a 9 setting which is more course than I would like. And yes we followed all of the grinder recommendations and instructions from the manual. Also the words on the buttons “power” and “grind” started wearing away within 3 months of use. I only make one cup of coffee a day. That is pretty low-quality writing if the words are rubbing off after three months of coffee ...
