Great beginner machine

Overall I'm super happy with my machine. Makes beautiful espresso and is very easy to use. I'm a super beginner in the espresso hoddy, and for me the built-in grinder is completely sufficient. Can definitely notice that you don't have infinite options for dialing in - but I wouldn't expect that to begin with. That would be a reason to buy a dedicated grinder - but for a first espresso machine and to just figure everything out I couldn't be happier.

Do not Recommend

When it works, it works great. This is our second machine because as you can see from other reviews, it will eventually start leaking everywhere and there is nothing you can do about it. It doesn’t matter if you just emptied the water catching tray, it will still leak. The grinder gets clogged at least once every two weeks. They need to work out some of these kinks before continuing to sell them for the price they are selling them at. We have been through two now and both are faulty. We will be ...

Leaks water everywhere.

I wanted to love this appliance because it was nice and should have lasted. Unfortunately, this is the second one I’ve had and it has leaked all over our counter top. Cafe replaced my first one after 11 months because it leaked everywhere, then told me that the second one they sent me had only the warranty left that my original machine did. It started leaking after one month of having it and this one is honestly worse, it’s all over our counter and happens every time I use it now. It’s not broke...

Beautiful design, could use some improvements

It is beautiful, lovely and I enjoy the espresso/coffee it makes. The latte frother can be really loud and after two weeks the coffee burr has already jammed with coffee. Once I knew how to fix it, it wasn’t bad to do so. However, I had it on the suggested grinding and I don’t think it should get clogged so early in use.

Want it to work.

The machine is beautiful and goes great with all other Cafe appliances, so I want to love it too! However, the grinder stopped working after 3 days of using it. I followed all the recommended steps but didn’t fix the problem. I just received a replacement machine and really want it to work. If the issue persists I may try the Cafe automatic Affetto machine.

The espresso maker was boxed very well with no issues. Quick start guide was written well and very informative. Using the default settings with a grind of 8 produced a slightly fast shot, but adjusting the grind, dosage, and tamping pressure resulted in a very good shot. Frothing using the steam wand produced very fine bubbles with a near professional foam. The bulk of the negative reviews seem to come from not fully reading the manual or the process. Doesn't last, not worth investment

I loved this so much when it worked but all of a sudden it just stopped. Of course it is out of warranty and they don't sell parts to fix. I thought maybe we just got the wrong person because who would do that but no i see reviews on other sites that say the same thing: Terrible! Machine was only 2 years old, and it kept saying overpressure even when no portafilter attachee. Awful machine , stick with breville instead

Awful, leaks all the time , doesn’t let the coffee come out, there has been a huge puddle in my kitchen every single time. Don’t buy this product waste of money

Well I had been searching for an espresso machine and I stumbled upon this brand/ model. Not only is it pleasing to the eye it functions with little effort and my espressos are delicious. The capability to ground fresh coffee is impressive. Thank you!

Looks beautiful

Looks like an awesome machine to use but I have not used it yet because I had to purchase a new water tank because it was leaking or had some type of crack.
