Pretty good.

So far so good. Wish it also made a single serve of regular coffee. Metal grate scratches easy. Item that presses the coffee down should also match the bronze accent metal from the rest of the machine

Need immediate resolution

We sr received espresso machine yesterday , worked one time out of the box and now when you hit power it just flashes and won’t turn on. We have tried to reset GFI and switch outlets. We have tried to do a reset as mentioned below.

Grinder stopped after 1.5 years

The grinder stopped working at 1.5 years. Unfortunately, once 1 year warranty is over, you have to pay for the repairs yourself.

Great potential!!

This machine is beautiful and looks great on my counter. It holds enough water for everyday use for a while! The steaming wand works great! The front non metal area that holds the tray on the front of the machine scratches extremely easily despite me being very careful with it though. So be aware. Poor quality

Great for the first couple months, and then the distributor block behind the hot water/steam knob cracked and misted water inside the machine. It destroyed the whole unit and its not longer functional. Only a couple months past a year of use.

Great for a few months

I'm sad to have to leave a lower review. I left a 5 star review last year for this machine as it was perfect brand new. With time, it started to heavily leak water onto my countertop despite the drip tray being emptied. The grinder burr seems to have dulled over time as the finest espresso grind with fresh beans did not yield the results it would at the beginning of the machine's life cycle. Good but!

Love the machine and the app. I have 4 other cafe’ appliances on my app that I can control on the app and via alexa, My issue is the app has only limited grind option with only a set range. I set to to lowest settings and still have to dispose of grinds. 9.5 seconds is way to high and can make a big mess.

Sleek good built quality. Easy to use. No problem connecting to app and offers additional settings through the Wi-Fi enable.

BEWARE ITEM LEAKS!!!!

This machine is beautiful and matches the other appliances perfectly. However, I recommend not using it unless you like water puddles of over your counter tops. Because of this I'm giving it 1 star and that's even pushing it. It will brew all kind of items. But it just leaks water. At first i thought it was because of the steam, but I also have corrosion in the seam around the bottom edges of the base unit. For the future buyers

I purchased this model last year. This is the best looking espresso machine of this price range. However, there are a couple of issues so far: 1) the labels on the buttons were all worn out. You cannot see what these buttons are for. 2) water leaking out from the bottom of the machine 3) we clean the grinder regularly but the grinder just continues spitting the coffee grounds outside the portafilter. Not sure if these are enough to get a replacement....

I love this thing

I've been debating on getting this machine for awhile and then my bf got it for me for my birthday! I used to be a barista in college and I miss crafting my own drinks. This one is exceptional. Having the grinder I think is a necessity, it's just so much easier and less messy. And you can even adjust the grind. The steam. Wand is easy to use and makes good foam. It's very easy to clean and operate. I do not use the wifi bluetooth tbh. And it's a good size so it's not taking up a bunch of counter...

Beautiful but DEFECTIVE

Great machine!

My first espresso machine and I’m so thrilled! Took a little practice getting used to the features but that was part of the fun! Very pleased with the process and the taste of the espresso.

No more trips to the coffee shops

A beautiful coffee maker. I am no longer going to the coffee shops for lattes. I love that the grinder is built in, and it looks great on my countertop. It has good coffee beans and water capacity, and the grind consistency is great.

STYLISH MACHINE

ONCE YOU FIGURE OUT THE SETTINGS THAT WORK FOR YOUR TASTE THE MACHINE WORKS REALLY GOOD. WE HAVE CAFE APPLIANCES AND I LIKE THAT THE ESPRESSO MACHINE MATCHES WELL.

I have only used this a few times. I have not attempted to connect it to wi-fi. I feel like the steam arm doesn’t heat up hot enough. Making espresso shots is pretty easy though. Big water tank.

I wish I had listened to the reviews

The grinder- even when when cleaned as often as they direct- still jam, throws a grounds in a huge circumference. So I bought a grinder. Now the steamer leaks at the top hot water spraying- so it’s unusable. It actually came broken with the handle end piece broke off and I should have followed my gut then and returned it. Less than 5 months of use before it broke.
