Great machine

We've only owned our Cafe espresso machine for a couple weeks, but so far, we are loving it. The first couple days we had to tweak a few things (grind of coffee, technique for creating milk foam, etc), but since the initially learning curve, it's been great. The machine itself is impressive looking. Our only issue is that the wording on the buttons is already wearing off and the chrome grate, that you set your coffee on, scratches very easily. Neither are deal breakers.

Decent but leaks from the bottom

Makes great coffee and worked great when we first got it but now it will not stop leaking from the bottom and actually mixed with coffee grounds that made it under the machine and stained our quartz.

Excellent espresso machine

Very easy to use and now my coffee taste like a real coffee shop!!

Cafe Bellisimo Expresso coffee maker

While it is a good looking machine (Bellisimo) failed to perform. My wife and I were disappointed, The coffee was cold by the time it was served. I watched youtube instructional videos in an attempt to learn more on how to operate or to see what I was or not doing wright. We ended up returning it. It may be a machine for a more experience barista. It did not work for us. It seemed too complicated. In the future we may try and more simple model. Thank you!

Beautiful machine!

We sought to purchase a regular coffee maker as we did not want the “pod” machines available. We like to drink regular coffee and have found the perfect balance to make the right cup. We know it’s an expresso machine but we just grind premium coffee beans. Love this machine

Disappointed

Got a replacement product and it still wouldn’t work. Happens in just a week of purchase. Extremely disappointing.

AMAZING

I am in love with this machine. I have saved so much money making my own lattes at home and am even learning latte art! It’s been amazing. The size is perfect, and it makes the BEST crema! So happy with it!

Great espresso & latte maker. Very happy!!

I would give it 5 stars if they fixed 1 issue. The settings it has for grinding beans is too long. When you grind beans for either a single or double (but more so for single) it grins too much and overfliws. Yes, you can stop the grind cycle by pushing the "grind" button, but if we're spending the money for the nice machine, it should be calibrated better or have the ability to set a time for the grind cycle.

Love it overall, my first espresso machine!

I love the design and features. I wold like more control over the grinding time, there is no option for less than time than default. And in my opinion the machine releases too much water to the tray and it spills below the tray there is always water. Overall I am very pleased and happy to have it.

Pour quality grinder

I’m not normally the type to complain but I respectfully would just like to provide some feedback. I bought the C7CESAS2R1S3 model and the grinder has finally broken this year. After checking with GE there is apparently no replacement parts made for the internal grinder itself. I should have asked for a replacement from the beginning since the grinder has never worked well from day one. I have discovered it responds best with light or medium roast ONLY. Looks nice, but leaks & wears out (DO NOT BUY)

I bought this machine for the beautiful design, incorporated grinder, an customizable settings (in the app). I really like the look of this black/copper unit and appreciate the features, but it's good looks are negated by it sitting in a puddle of it's own making. Very disappointed that a premium product like this leaks. Additionally, the button labels have completely worn out so I have to mark them myself, again, detracting from it's good looks. Great Machine

Loving our Café machine! From cappuccinos, to hot/iced lattes it's amazing. The husband now wants a coffee everyday.

Great buy!

Delivered quickly and is a quality machine. Payed for itself in the first couple weeks of not going to Starbucks. Instructions are fairly simple but it looks like some features are not unlocked until connecting to wifi and using the app. I wish I could use regular size coffee cups, but not a deal breaker, this thing is good! Cleanup is easy too. Be careful which beans you get as some may gum up or get stuck in the grinder, I had to vacuum out a few beans to gain access to free it up.

I have 2 basic questions

We love the machine so but are novices. I have 2 questions. We go back and forth between decaf and regular. What is the recommended approach on this machine? How do you recommend making a cup of coffee vs espresso?

WISH ...it had........

Was so excited and looking forward to its arrival !! Until,....well, maybe it was just my unit , however, the single cup button and the double cup button seemed to be reversed. Press the single, receive a double....press the double, get a single. A malfunction so annoying to have to tell each and every person wanting to use it, to do the reverse. Cafe espresso machine

I previously owned a Breville machine and was ready for a replacement. The cafe machine has a much better appearance. It missing things like a quick push stop/start for the grinder. The frother arm is missing a finger tab. Seems to be set up better for a righted person.

Not Quite as Expected

Disappointed. Not enough pressure to extract coffee, results in watery pucks, too little yield in the cup. To add to the disappointment, the single cup extraction button, gives more yield than the double cup....extremely odd. I have several other GE product that i LOVE, their Cafe toaster, Cafe french door wall oven, etc....This one however, I did not feel the love. First thing in the morning coffee happiness is now a reminder to always read the feedback

Yummy tasting espresso, and fun machine!

Overall, this coffee machine is really great! That is why I’m giving it four out of five stars. It is quick and easy to clean and figure out how to use. It has been a great addition to our kitchen after having our newborn son since we Caffeine. My only two negative comments about it would be one. The espresso does not come out very warm and so if you do not drink it immediately it is not even lukewarm. I really do wish it would come out piping hot so you could enjoy it a bit.
