Terrible service

Terrible! Machine was only 2 years old, and it kept saying overpressure even when no portafilter attachee. I was informed by service that “they dont service the machines and they dont make parts for the broken sensor” and that its just broken! After 2years! And no solution by GE or Williams Sonoma where it was purchased.

Great Update!

So far, so good a little trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi app after installing update. Tastes great and easy to use! Love love llove it!!! Thank you for such a beautiful espresso machine!

I'm enjoying my new espresso machine. It was easy to set up and we are going to save so much money making our own Latte's

Unreliable

1 use and already broken. For the money, this is completely unacceptable. Whoever designed this needs to make immediate improvements, as I am not the only one that is having issues with this machine. Literally made one espresso and the thing is shot

Great but lukewarm espresso

Everything is great about this unit, especially for the price, BUT one thing: espresso comes out warm not hot. Fix that and this unit will compete with much higher t units. Recommend Alchemy espresso from Boston. Amazing!

Tas far as the machine goes, it’s sturdy and well build espresso machine. Easy to use and love the colors it comes in. I got the white one and I love it.

SPEND THE MONEY ON A BREVILLE. THIS GRINDER STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONLY 4MONTHS THE COFFE DOESNT TASTE AS GOOD EITHER
