It worked brilliantly for about a month. Then, one day, I got an error message that won't go away. The printer is completely useless! I can't even turn it off, I have to unplug it. A total disaster.

Perfect for my home office
Purchased this Brother device a few months ago after my work horse of an HP died- after 12 years of use. I am very pleased with this printer/scanner/copier and am glad I bought it. It seems to be a solid unit and I require reliability and functionality with ease of use as I am not a tech whiz although not a dummy either. It is quiet and fast. Good printer has a few flaws
This is my fist laser printer, i only had ink jet before and got tired of the ink smearing when I would highlight something for school. I like the printer just wish it had another paper tray, and that it could handle thicker paper better like card stock as I use legal size card stock for my patterns to add the stiffness they need for leatherworking. Not worth it
Not worth the money. Constantly having issues with connecting to internet, wont scan to computer even though all drivers are installed. Prints fine. Has an update every week but password on printer wont work to allow the update. All around disappointed for the price of the unit to have this many issues
