Terrible support. Printer prints out multiple garbled letters and you can't manually stop it unless you unplug it. Support was no help and just would send you to a link that had nothing to do with the issue. Never buying another Brother product.

Curling
Paper weight of 20-24 lbs curls from laser heat, then jams. I will try heavier paper later. Color and print are excellent.

It Just Works Every Time
I love this machine. After years of owning and fighting with poorly made inkjet printers that never worked properly when I needed to do something once or twice / month. This printer just works and it works beautifully every time.

Outstanding Printer
I have been very pleased with this printer. I’m a bit impatient with technology and not real tech savvy so I dreaded getting something new BUT this printer was very easy to set up and work great on a consistent basis. Prints from my phone and computer with the touch of a finger, great color and print quality and is quiet and fast. It is worth the price and more.

This Printer Fit Our Needs
After a lot of research on both inkjet and laser printers, this is the one we decided on. I think we made a great choice! We print 10-20 pages a week and an inkjet was not recommended due to the ink drying up and clogging our print head. This Brother's black text is super clear and the colors are just what we hoped they would be. Brother was recommended by both of our sons and they have had theirs several years with no trouble. Highly recommend.

Best printer of my life
I am 70 years old, was an IBMer who was amongst the first to ever sell a personal computer and their accompanying printers. I have seen more than a few printers in my life. Unfortunately, I have often been disappointed. I've now owned this printer for several months and have been SO impressed with its ease of set up and use and of course, its reliability. Just outstanding and would highly recommend!

My fuser died!
I've loved Brother products in the past, so that's why we decided to go with this one for office and hobby needs. Our machine is about 2 years old and already the fuser needs to be replaced. A fuser is half the cost of a new printer. If I replace the fuser, what's next to break? Beyond disappointed for the "throw-away" attitude of such a costly piece of equipment. A OK printer for a small business
The print quality is excellent. The only thing I don't like about this printer is that when the printed copy emerges from the printer it is always curled upward. It doesn't come out flat. Also, the small receiving tray that tilts up to catch the paper doesn't do its job very well. With 8 1/2 x 11 paper, it doesn't quite reach the tray and it is sometimes difficult to take the printed piece out. It would probably work OK with legal sized paper, but with the more common standard American pape...

Great product at a great price
I use mine for a small business i operate in a very heavily tourist driven town. It meets every need we have. The auto ink is very afforable and they make sure we never run out.

Well worth the money for the peace of mind
I love my new color laser printer. It was easy to set up, easy to connect to and am happy that I do not need to worry about ink drying up because of infrequent use. If I had know the pros of a laser printer sooner, I would not have 5 dried up inkjet printers in my basement.
