Does not work well with Surface Pro

It does not work well with Surface Pro. Unable to scan. Tech made multiple efforts to download software but the scan and I print and scan drivers will not download.

Nice Printer

This is a very nice all-in-one printer. Set up is easy. It prints quickly & well. Colors are true. It scans and copies well. My only criticism is that it balks at thick cardstock, as one might use for business cards, particularly if one wants to print both sides.

Color perfect, NO more smearing like a injet

Great, fast and quite. Perfect colors weather photos or posters.

ink control freaks

past the date of manufacture warranty but put a ban on off brand ink in an update to my printer. its my printer, i bought it, its no longer covered by you, you have no skin the game. send me the way to remove your update so i can use my printer with any ink i want to.

Excellent Home Printer, Copier, Fax

Easy to set up and easy to use. Prints and copies quickly and ink usage is much more efficient and cost effective.

new Brother user

Is doing a great job printing, faxing, scanning and copying. Straightforward to get up and running and use. It is more compact than the HP it replaced. I wonder about energy use since literally the lights dim when it is printing.

Printer won't scan at all and often fails to print

Am quite disappointed in the MFC-L3720CDW printer. it will not scan and frequently refuses to print. Have removed the drivers and downloaded again, from Brother's site, numerous times but the problems persist. Have owned a variety of Brother printers in the past and have had no problem. Looks like the printer may be incompatible with Windows 11.

Features disappointing

Some features do not work well. Especially the two sided. Using flip on long edge does not always work correctly. I have double checked the setting to make sure it is set correctly. Also very disappointed with the enlargement settings for a machine that cost that much. First option is 149%. That is not user friendly My cheap Canon does incremental adjustments.

Big Fan of Brother Printers

Really like this MPC-3720CDW color laser printer. Easy to set up and connect to my home network. Like that i can print from my phone. Have printed several hundred pages so far front and back and am very pleased with the printouts. Not terribly fast but suitable for what i need to do. Love my 3-year old Brother B&W laser printer, too!

Happy with machone

the machine works very well and the print is clear. This is the 4 Brother printer we have had.

Quality Printer w/minor Human Factor issue

Early results, but pleased with the performance, quality and speed of this new printer. If there was one "nit" which I am noticing, is the "final resting place" for the printed documents. They sit in a tray which is a bit deep and having a relatively low height, as a result it is somewhat challenging to grab the documents. Would be nicer to have them stick out to ease grabbing them quickly.

Sporatic wifi connectivity.

Copy quality is fine when and if you can get it to print. Every time i go to print it requires multiple turning off of the machine and relogging onto wifi. I cannot count on it.

Fast, efficient, & multi-use for crafts

I love everything about the printer, except for the fact that I can’t change the quality of the print. I do a lot of crafting, and changing the quality would give me better results. That’s the only con about this printer. I love how easy it was to set up, how fast it prints, and how it never has any issues with paper jams. I initially bought it to foil, which only uses black laser. But I use it for everything now because of how efficient it is.

Very happy with the print quality. Had some issues with double sided copies at first. Everything jammed. I switched to a lower quality paper and the situation resolved.
