We had specific things we were looking for when we were looking to replace our old printer. Two family members recommended this printer so we bought it and have been really pleased with it. It’s quiet, easy to set up and connect to our phones, laptops and desktops with ease and does great copies. I would recommend it to everyone.

Takes forever to respond and actually print I wouldn't recommend this printer to my Grandma who likes things to be slow cause this is actually too slow for her

50/50 for me
My fair opinion, copying seems to be a bit lagging. The ink is very expensive and seems to have constant issues with the drum not working. PS i am on my second printer - I have to return the first one because it wasnt reading a new drum or cartridge.

Printer always goes offline
I bought this printer less than a year ago. While it prints excellently, it frequently goes offline. One moment it's printing fine, and the next it goes offline, even with a stable internet connection. It's incredibly frustrating to be unable to print when needed, as I have to restart or unplug and plug the printer back in to get it working again. I regret purchasing this printer.
