I did not like that for the price it did not come with extentions or a hose but instead small bottle of cleaner. Bissel on their website is selling the exact one with extentions and hose. I would not recommend buying from Lowes.

Worth buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried spot cleaning with it, meaning not the whole room but a central part of a carpet. It is really time consuming process and requires frequent tanks changing. It collects all pets fur and leaves it behind on the floor, so I had to pick it up manually. It is really annoying. Overall it leaves mixed feelings but still good for the price.

Great vac, but small design flaw

Bought this to clean up our area rug, did the job, but a mist of spray comes out at the bottom hitting your feet. And then there's the leaking issue after use, water dripping everywhere. The next day I used the hose vacuum on the sofa, and it leaked those water too. Overall, good vac, if the leak wasn't an issue.

This rug cleaner is perfect for my needs. Cleans heavy traffic areas nicely. It's lightweight and not too bulky to maneuver. Great price too.

Beware of reservoir size

The product is exactly as it was described. It works perfectly for regular cleaning and maintenance. I purchased this because I was unhappy with the quality I receive from the professional carpet cleaning companies. The fact that these have a continues rotating brush (like your vacuum) is a huge plus. The rental units at the stores all have an oscillating brush. Bound up!! Stopped working

The machine I bought bound up with PET HAIR within 3 months of purchasing! Chatted wih Jose who did nothing to help. Just kept saying things by the book. Did not offer any personalized help. Asked to chat with a supervisor. Nope! Gotta give your phone number for the supervisor to call you back. Supers don't do chat. Customer Service is horrible. Will NEVER buy another Bissell and I have been a repeat customer

The easiest rug cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a rug cleaner before and anticipated.It would be very hard to do. Was I wrong! This is the easiest I have ever had of a job to clean a rug and it came out fantastic! My old rugs look like new again.And that sure saved me money, not having to buy new rugs.

How good this steam cleaner is

It is wider that my previous one and cleans a lot better. It is very easy to clean the cleaner when you are through also.

Initial impression

This unit is well built and works better than what i expected for its price point. I see others complain about the dirty water tank size and while it is small its also a testament too how well this unit recovers the water from the carpet. I originally went to purchase a more expensive unit and when it wasn't available chose this one as a temporary unit as i needed one immediately, very impressed with this machine.
