Great carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned my living room carpet with my new machine and the old dirty carpet looks like new.

Works as it should

Nothing super remarkable about this cleaner, it does what it should. I think the tanks are more manageable than on an older cleaner I had before. Easy to fill and to empty. Pretty easy to clean the machine when you’re done

Works every time

Easy to use and rather effective.

I love this carpet cleaner. It is so much easier to use than my old Bissell model which finally died after years of use. The fill tank is so easy to remove and reattach after putting water and the cleaning solution into it. The wastewater tank is also easy access. My old model had 2 brushes, but this model with only 1 brush seems to do a much better job. Also the suction is much better, and the drying time is considerably faster. Great machine! Spots are gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I opened my upright carpet machine 2 days after receiving it and cleaned my living room carpet with it. I am very happy with the results.

Impressed so far

The vacuum is a bit loud but does great at cleaning the carpet! Using the vacuum and sprinkling oxyclean on the carpet lifted a 5 year old wine stain. Very impressed.

It' a a good buy and worth the price.

The product worked well and it was surprisingly light weight and easy to handle.

Beware of the small capacity of the pickup tank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pickup tank is big but it only picks up a small amount before it needs to be emptied. The pickup tank needs to be reengineered to hold a larger amount. VERY FRUSTRATING to keep running to empty the pickup tank.

Has only a little suction, which leaves carpets sopping wet. Filter is the size of a peanut, so it spits out debris that it picked up. Waste of hopeful money.

Huge thumbs down.

Used today for the first time. When we wanted it to suck the water up, we had to remove the top tank to keep it from laying solution down, even though we weren't holding trigger down. Our carpet was soaked!! My rating......POOR PERFORMANCE and bad design. Now I know why it was so cheap. Will return to store for refund.
