Would Not RecommendI've had unit replaced this is the 3rd one that has dumped clean water tank on floor. Bissell will only repair and lowes won't use extended warranty till manufacturer warranty runs out. So not only should it be recalled due to hazard but damage that comes from it. The last 1 bissell replaced dumped whole tank straight after getting out box. As a customer I feel stuck with a horrible product and no result except to eat the cost after only 6 months! Would RecommendThis carpet cleaner works almost as well as having your carpet professionally cleaned. It is easy to use, did a fantastic job on cleaning the carpet, and unlike other brands I've owned, the carpet still looks clean a couple of weeks after using this machine. I would highly recommend this for your dirtiest jobs.

I wouldn't buy and I would save for bigger one
Brand new out of the box you ould tell it was a return. The front end drags on the floor. It leaks dirty water while your shampooing. I have the commercial Bissell and I had to get it out because this one doesn't clean.

Would RecommendIt works well cleaning up years old messes on our carpet. The only issue we're having is that disassembling and reassembling the collection/dirty tank can be challenging. And if you don't put it together exactly right, as soon as you turn the carpet cleaner off the dirty tank will empty back onto the floor (luckily this only happened once). Other than that, it's made our carpets nice and clean and soft and ready for the holidays!
