nice looking, but low capacity waste tank

the waste tank has a sad capacity. you can only fill about 2 or 3 inches of the tank. its very deceptive. the look and feel of the machine are fine. but the waste tank is very disappointing. and the drain spout ALWAYS spills. so you constantly empty and cleanup the waste tank. YOU CANNOT FILL THE WASTE TANK EVEN HALF FULL.

Bissell Pro Pet is a winner

Item works great so far, cleans stains and picks up excess water. Carpet dries very quickly, way better than older models. I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this thing! Very first use and the brush quit spinning in the middle of cleaning my carpet! Turns out the smaller belt broke so I replaced it. When I turned the machine on it broke again! Very disappointed. I need a carpet cleaner. My dog got sick. I'll have to get a new one, likely a different brand!

So Easy to Use and Clean

This carpet cleaner beats my last one hands down! It is very light and easy to use. It is very easy to clean. The suction is great. I highly recommend this DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner.

when you push you cannot see where

I do no like that I cannot see what I'm washing due to the fact the bottom canister stands up in the way. Also the bottom canister snaps in hard I can tell this will be a problem soon. Not impressed. Works ok but that is all

Great carpet cleaner

This carpet cleaner is easy to assemble. The directions for use are easy to follow. The cleaner itself performed great. I can recommend this nicely priced, lightweight cleaner.

Great product, but broke too soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 6 months ago and have been really happy with it. Unfortunately a small plastic tab broke on the nozzle assembly, which prevents it from sealing, so I get no suction. I would still give it 5 stars, but the replacement nozzle part is out of stock, suggesting many others also have had this problem.

Spewing dirty water bottom, right side of brush

I didn’t notice what looked to be dirty water squirting from the right side brush area until I ran the machine over some tile. I also noticed the dirty water in the tank never raised higher than about 2” even though I filled the clean water tank twice. Otherwise, the machine was easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. It seemed to do a good job cleaning, just frustrating it kept spewing dirty water out of the side.

Would definitely buy again
