I'm 77 years old and this machine is easy for me to use, to clean, to store. I cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out so nice! I bought this because I was previously borrowing a commercial carpet cleaner from my family and it was just too heavy and by the time I was done doing two big rugs my back was killing me. This is much lighter and works PERFECT. Assembly took literally 3 minutes and that’s including filling the tank with clean water and the solution it comes with. Great shampooer but has a couple flaws.

It sucks up the water it lays down very well, its also quieter than my last machine (its not quiet but better) i find my carpets are usually dry within about 5-6 hours with a deep clean. I find the machine itself is easy to clean. However, i have used it a few times now and found a couple of small problems. I am 7 months pregnant, have 2 young sons (3 messy boys if you count my husband haha) and a large fur baby (Labrador). This cleaner has far exceeded my expectations!! We currently have three corgis in our home and one still has an occasional accident. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times and had given up hope that it was ever going to look like it originally did. I used it to clean entire rooms of carpet, small closets, and various stains around the house on chairs or couches.
