The larger tanks are so nice

Every negative review is true - water everywhere without using the sprayer, extracted very little after 12 passes, upholstery tool does not extract at all, water stays in hose and machine leaks in off position with tanks removed. I recommend using very little water, no solution, on the 1st try or you may have a huge mess on your hands before returning. Always been satisfied with Bissell products but this is the worst. Lowe's is very helpful and courteous with the return.

the fact that the attachments and hose is not attached to the unit. its powerful and light. easy to emty the clean and dirty water. no mess, easy cleanup.

Its very unsatisfactory.

The cleaner is awkward and heavy with the shampoo water in the handle. Also did not extract even 1/5 of tge detergent water after going over it multiple times
