I'm so pleased with this carpet shampooer

I'm 77 years old and this machine is easy for me to use, to clean, to store. I cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out so nice! I had to do it in pieces, as I can't move some of the furniture very far. The carpet dried well...usually about an hour and it was completely dry. I'm thrilled to have this machine as part of my tools. My elderly cat does cough up hairballs etc and I'm not sure why, but it seems to happen most when she's in the living room! Great buy for the price

Better than renting one

I love the product that it is mine and no one else's dirty machine I rented a machine before I bought this one, not only was it dirty before I used it, and I had to clean it. It also pored water all over my floor. To rent the machine and attachments was well over $100 dollars. After i got my money back I bought this product, took it home. Put it together and used it. Works great. Only had to add a couple more dollars to it.

It is easy to use and works very well. This shampooer is larger than the last one I had and I can finish a eoom without having to mix more cleaner or empty the dirty water. An excellent upgrade in my opinion.

Works great, even better price

Great price and gets the job done. I have owned several carpet shampooers over the years; the prices ranged from $170s to $400. I have light carpet, several inside dogs, and I semi-obsess on how clean the carpet is at all times. I prefer the trigger to release water, and I love how the water is pulled back into a chamber that does not tilt. I think this one may be the best one yet and with the best price tag.

Good product but parts failure occurred prior to 12 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaner does what it is supposed to do, but that's not a hard goal to hit, it's really kind of a no-brainer and should be the standard for purchasing a product. i've had to replace a torn drive belt before a year of ownership. Great shampooer, especially for homes with pets

I love this shampooer. Easy to use, easy to clean and it really get the dirt out of my carpets. We have an old dog and sometimes pees on the rug. This really cleaned the rug and got the smell out, too.

EXCELLENT!

Does an excellent job of cleaning and removing embedded dirt and cat hair. Great suction for extraction. It is easy to maneuver and relatively simple to clean the machine and parts after use, just takes a little time. The tool provided helps with that job. To be fair, I did use another brand of cleaning solution other than those that came with the machine.
