[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Bissell to replace an older Bissell pet carpet cleaner. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs with several room size area carpets. This new turbo cleaner does the best job in cleaning these carpets thoroughly. The best features are the ease of removing and reinserting the clean water tank and dirty water tank. The unit operates with a fairly loud motor. The on/off switch could be better designed so that you can easily turn the machine on/off...

Wouldn't buy this again

good carpet cleaner and shampooer

This is a great product at a resonable price

Great value.

Ease of use. This one works very well and clean up is simple. Some cleaners are difficult to clean out the dirty water tank after use but this one is very easy. It did a great job on the carpets. I have no complaints so far.

Not worth the price and size

This cleans well but for the size of the machine the dirty bucket holds a smaller amount than the cleaning solutions and doesn’t quite fill 1/4 of the jug. The machine is as large and heavy as some I have owned in the past and doesn’t clean near the sq footage. It is very disappointing and I wish I could return it

A carpet cleaner that cleaned well

We got tired of renting a rug doctor when we wanted clean our carpets, and paying $50 dollars a pop plus the chemicals. This works well and up to my expectations. It's easy to assemble and easy to use.

I purchased a Bissell for a job only Bissell could tackle.

BUY IT!!! It’s totally worth it!!!

This cleaner has far exceeded my expectations!! We currently have three corgis in our home and one still has an occasional accident. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times and had given up hope that it was ever going to look like it originally did. On a whim, I decided to buy this carpet cleaner and work on the carpet myself. I am sooo glad I did!!! My carpet looks like new again!!! It removed every pet stain!!! Works well for shampooing the carpet, doesn't suck up the hair with the dirty water. But leaves it where you can sweep it up.

Great Carpet Cleaner

This is a great carpet cleaner. Works just as well as the commercial units that you rent. Even comes with the upholstery tool.
