[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with the results. I have two old dogs and this is just what I needed.

Removed cranberry juice from carpet

I bought the Turbo Clean DualPro cleaner from Lowes because I accidentally spilled cranberry juice on my carpet. I was worried the red pigment from the juice would leave a permanent stain on the light colored carpet. This cleaner exceeded my expectations and lifted the stain as if wasn't there. I wish I took pictures but I assure you this product works wonders! I like that the cleaner was easy to assemble and included some samples of the cleaning solutions.

belt problem

We've used this 4 times, my husban is very thorough about cleaning it out and making sure there is no pet or lint left everywhere. Today he was using it and smelled some burning, the drive belt had gotten stuck and burned. Unfortunately, the belt is not able to continue to be used because it tore when he tried to free it so we are going to have to hope we can find a replacement. Other than that we have been very happy. Did the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned carpet that was peed on by puppies who just didn't have the best aim for the pad. Definitely leaves carpet sorta wet when deep cleaning. I wish there was a bigger brush on the spot cleaner, also where it clips into the hose there's a tiny hole where it connects it's not air-tight. There's only a slight loss in suction. It was decently priced.
