Better then expected!

Easy to assemble and use. Can not believe how much it picked up! Have cats and dogs and it pulled up hair down in the carpet. It was amazing! Easy to clean as well.

Insane results!!

Multiple broken pump belts after three uses

I recently purchased the carpet cleaner from Lowe’s in Meyerland and after using it three times, the pump belt snapped. It turns out this part is a pain to replace as no stores carry it, leaving your only option to purchase direct from the BISSELL online store which has slow and expensive shipping. I would buy Bissell every time

1st Time Using a Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, carpet hasn't look this good in years, equal to a professional cleaning. Only thing is the dirty water tank needs to be emptied frequently. The machine will let you know by making an odd noise.

Great buy

Like this streamer so much, great price, lightweight, multi-function (e.g. clean staircase), used twice on several rooms already in 2 months. But seems express clean option is not doing too kuch job.

Lighter and easier to fill, use, and clean than my decades old Hoover Steam Vac. Misses one feature of the old machine, the ability to shut off the brush roller while using the hand brush. 5 stars as a carpet cleaner, 3 stars for the handheld. Overall this is the sweet spot for new home-use carpet cleaners.

Piece of Junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't last more than two month. It's basically a disposable carpet cleaner, the next time you use it, something like the brush motor will be dead. Avoid at all cost. Super disappointed.
