At this point, I wouldn't be without one!

This is my third Bissell robotic vacuum, they definitely seem to be progressing as far as finding their way back to the docking station. Consistently picking up lots of dog hair on the way.

Worth every penny!

Awesome vacuum! I have 3 pets and 2 kids so It saves me a ton of time sweeping/vacuuming!!

My Little Buddy the sweeper

This little guy is amazing. It picks up more dirt than I can see on my hardwood floors (I have no carpets). The way in maneuvers through out my house is just plain fun to watch. I almost gave it a pet name. I chose Bissell because of past purchases and the way they stand behind their products. Bissell once replaced an item, even though the warranty had long expired. Now they need to come up with a robotic wet mop.. Sincerely, Corf

Look Elsewhere

So much for Henry. He won't charge and therefore will not work. What a waste of money. He lasted a few months and then took a dump.

Be careful of wires

Sucked in wire on charger. It wrapped around wheel and removing it broke part on bottom. Useless now. Used only one month. Will buy another Roomba.

Burl is pretty consistent. He gets up every morning (mon-fri) at 8am and does a programmed 45 minute routine on the floor of the dining room, living room, kitchen, and hallway. I have the rooms prepared because Burl doesn't like small rugs and cords. He eventually gets everywhere, which means sometimes he gets into places where he has trouble escaping ( under dining room chairs or small tables). Exceeded my expectations

Decent value for the money, although it only lasted 2 years before it had a fatal, mechanical failure. I love how it works every day and does a good job. Obviously not intended as a substitute for a thorough vacuum job. It actually exceed my expectations. Home base loses it's program during minor power interruptions & needs to be reset. Wish it had a battery back up built in.

Do not recommend this vacuum

I really don't like this vacuum at all. It hardly has any suction so it does not clean carpets well at all, only bare floors. It is very noisy. It does not find its own way back to the charger 50% of the time, it just conks out and I have to search for it. It cannot get up on a 1/4 inch carpet without help. I have long hair and pets and this thing cannot deal with vacuuming up hair - it winds around the bar and jams. The dirt cup is incredibly small requiring constant emptying. And it signals it...

I highly recommend this product. So easy to set up and use.

Doesn`t last long enough

Worked very well for the first few months. Then it started falling down the stairs, sometimes even with the invisible wall. When I called service the first time they were very helpful and nice. Second time they acted like it wasn`t suppossed to detect stairs. They did finally agree to send me another invisible wall for free. Then the battery life got shorter and shorter. Now only goes 5 minutes and then dies. I will not waste my time with the service dept cause it is no longer under warranty. A ...

Not as convenient as I had hoped

Well, I love the concept and ease of it, but it the bristle brush gets bound up w hair that I have to cut away to remove way more often than is convenient in order for it to actually vacuum- And it gets stuck sometimes in a cubby space, so I don't think I'll program it for use when I'm not around to save it from insanity and cut away the hair-

I would love one for myself.

I house sit for my parents quite often and while they are away, I run their Bissell robot for them. I personally love it. They have 2 German shepherds that shed alot, so I've been thinking about getting my own since I have a large fluffy dog and 3 cats. Good job Bissell. Keep up the good work.

Not great

My understanding was that the sensors would prevent this vacuum falling down stairs. Such is not the case. It falls down the stairs with every use. Today, it fell down the stairs 3 times. When I called support, I was told I have to use the Invisible Wall to prevent this. If I use the invisible wall, the hallway will be blocked. I would also have to remove it daily so that it doesn't get tripped over or kicked. This is much more hassle than it's worth.

Excellent product!

Works great on hardwood floors and carpets! I would suggest for future upgrades that the brush be a little wider to get along edges. But very good product for the price, have not had any issues at all in the few months I have had it.

GREAT PRODUCT!

Love this machine!! Does a GREAT job....saves so much time when cleaning house! Price was average but WELL worth the money. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that has smooth surface floors.

Great while it lasted

I really loved this vacuum while it worked. It went under the couch and over the rugs and all around the house picking up dog hair and dirt. It did a really good job. It didn't often go back to its base but it wasn't a big deal for me to physically pick it up and plug it in for recharging. Then about 4 months after I got the machine the E1 error code came on while it was working and wouldn't go off. We ordered a new wheel and put it on the machine but that didn't help. My New Pet(Birdie)-The Smart Clean 1974

I saw the movie Passengers(2016 Film) and I realized that I was FED up with having to sweep my floors. Miraculously I discovered the 1974 Smart Clean. I have only had him for a few days but I can say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM. I don't know if I just love chasing him around to see if he will find a new place to clean and reach that I could not get with the broom.
