Carpet Cleaner Doctor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In two passes this carpet cleaner brought my 4 year old light gray carpet back to new! The only dray back for me is the size for the solution and dirty water! but besides that this machine cleans great!

Quality Control Needs Work

Bought this a year ago and it is now in the basement collecting dust. Maybe I can give it away because I won't be putting any more money into it. The belt to move the bars broke after the third use. I took it out yesterday to clean a rug and the bars wouldn't move. Took it apart and the belt was broken! In 14 months this happens??!! It probably snapped after the second use and I didn't see the issue. Plus, it left my area rugs soaking wet after even when I would attempt to extract the water for ...

It works really well, but will not stop screaming

This thing screams so loud I'm sure it could scare away a grizzly bear. It has since the day I got it. I feel like my hearing is being damaged every time I use it. But it cleans SO WELL, and my senior dog keeps peeing on the carpet so I keep using it. The attachment for cleaning smaller areas and upholstery also doesn't work, but that is a much smaller issue. Send help soon.

Delivers as promised

I would add that the steam feature doesn't seem to operate like I would like on hard surfaces, but, the other functions, including cleaning down to grout on tile, have been very efficient. There seems to be a lot of product released with the cleaning mode and 2-3 passes are necessary, not just suggested, but, the floors dried quickly. If I could I'd give 4.5 stars Easy to assemble.

Excellent Carpet Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner uses steam to boost the cleaning. It does a great job at cleaning the carpet. I have pets who shed. I highly recommend this cleaner.

Steam cleaner

Loving this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this product. I am using this to clean up after cats that are no longer in the house. In the 2 rooms I have done thus far, it is pulling the dirt and such out great! The rooms smell so much better and the carpets are looking wonderful again.

Piece of junk

Just purchased- none of the attachment tools spray any cleaning solution, and the brush brushes spin while attempting to use hose with attachment tools, causing them to smell like they are going to burn up. This caused cleaning solution to leak all over my hardwood floor when attempting to clean my couch. I will be returning to go back to Hoover brand. I'm disappointed, because I really wanted the steam for pet messes.

Pleased with product

I had unreal expectations that my neglected rug would look like new again...it didn't, but the amount of dirt removed from it was impressive. I had a pro heat 2 for many years and we shared it with our kids so it was used often and worked like a champ. I believe this machine will also work hard for many years. I liked this machine so much I also purchased the pet hair eraser lift off vacuum cleaner and I couldn't be happier with it.

Leaks

Leaked water all over the floor and continuously sprays water without even pulling the trigger. The trigger does nothing.
