Just bought this Steam pet bundle a few weeks ago and wanted to use it today. It howls!!! I had a Bissel carpet cleaner before but this is like a jet plane. Through trial and error I found the dirty water lid to container did not have a good seal. Eventually it snapped tight, the suction was there and it ran quiet. Bad bad suction
This is third year with my hydrosteam, and I am done! have been frustrated with the suction since the first use! I've done what the videos say, nothing makes it better. Wet carpets for 36 hours after cleaning! Last year I bought a cheap rug cleaner just to suction up the water and dirt the hydrosteam left behind. Revolution, Hydrosteam carpet cleaner
Overall, for a home, carpet cleaner, the revolution Hydro steam carpet cleaner does a good job. Some people might be able to take it out of the box and just go to work with it, but I found that it took a little practice to understand all the buttons and lights and how they worked in the process of cleaning the carpet; after that it works great.

Would RecommendI love the steam pre heat it really works on them sticky spots and stains. Brushes and suction are excellent and larger capacity dirt tank is a big plus. This machine out performs my old one by 3X.

Highly recommend
5stars all the way around. Heats the water and cleans everything from carpets to couches to stairs. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I exclusively use bissell pet products in my home. I even use it on my mattress to sanitize and remove dust mites from the bed. I highly recommend this cleaner. I've been using bissell products for more then 20 years this cleaner by far Is the best.

I love how simple it is to use. I'm not mechanical and I can understand the instructions easily. It pulls dirt out of the carpet with ease and I was actually shocked how much dirt it actually pulled out. The steam feature is incredible! Between grandkids, puppies, normal dirt by doorways, and common areas, I was so pleased I bought one just like it for my sister! I love it! I would recommend it and Have actually bought it again!

Would Not RecommendVery disappointed, the hose for attachments does not work properly. the nipple for the cleaning fluid on the hose is not long enough to fit into the vacuum once clipped on. I get suction but no fluid to clean my stairs for example

Cleans well, has quirks with it's usage
The cleaning ability is good. The pedal on the right hand side that is used to release the machine is kind of touchy. I found it hard to use it all the time. In addition, the button to start and change usage is a little weird. The final thing that I didn't like was how wet the carpet was when finished.
