Would Not RecommendI have owned many carpet cleaners in the past, including a few Bissells and by far this is the weakest and potentially wettest I’ve owned. When I don’t like about this, is you either do the quick dry and almost no water gets picked up or you do the steam and the more powerful and unbelievably wetter maybe I should call it a max mode. Would RecommendYou guys knocked it out of the park with this one. 12 amps (11.5 amps) is a man statement. How many tools to put it together? " none"... none! Slide snap click done! Wow Really? Yep! Besides all the very apt (truly working) attachments. this one even has a tray that not only is a great parking spot but also you fill it with water and run the machine in it to clean the brushes when you're done cleaning your carpets. Would RecommendThe best ever! I have a new carpet and I've had a lot of pet messes to deal with in our new home as she adjusts to the difference (while being old and having medical issues). I've had other Bissells but I was excited for this one having steam. It cleans so well and doesn't leave the carpet wet. The formula has a nice clean scent. Would RecommendAbsolutely the best carpet cleaner on the market. I’m giving away another brand due to its inability to be cleaned thoroughly after use. It smelled! Yuck! This new cleaner not only is superior on spot removal but also cleans up effortlessly after use. I’ll never buy another name brand again.

Would RecommendI really like this machine a lot once I Velcro mounted weights on the front deck of machine. Without that it leaves to much water in PLUSH carpet….water that’s dirty. This issue is nothing unique to this machine but is a little worse than the old pro heat x2 going back to the late 1990’s model line. I put weights on those machines too, but just at the end after the rinse round. I can understand the issues that would arise from making it heavy in the factory, from sales to shipping. ...

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my old Bissell from 15 years ago. It still worked but I wanted newer technology. We got a new puppy and this has been working fantastic! Rainy weather and muddy feet with occasional accidents have been cleaned up with no problems!
