Very Easy to use for a First-time DIY

Motor burned up after 30 minutes.

But it should last for more than thirty minutes before Imploding. Taking it back to the store for a refund

Frequent fills, lots of water but cleans well

Does a good job of cleaning. In order to keep the weight manageable the detergent and pick-up tanks have limited capacity so it is a lot of trips to empty. Have to keep a close eye on the clear cover over the scrubbers so you make sure you keep putting down soapy water vs nothing. Annoying thing about the pickup tank is the float to prevent water being sucked into the vacuum motor. Great for Giant Breed Dogs!

Worth Every Penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pets have met their match with this machine! The stains it was able to pull up from them was amazing: new, old, wet, dry, you name it. I love the steam feather and the self cleaning brush rolls save me so much time afterwards. This vacuum as a whole is one of the easiest to clean, operate and store, that give ever owned.
