Easy to use amazing cleaning power

Old rug clean as new! I was skeptical but tried the cleaner on an old Calvin Klein rug that’s under my desk. It was vaccinated 3 times before shampooing and still 4 containers of dirt were pulled off and all blood and dirt stains removed. It sucks the water back up really well so the Cari’s left to dry in a couple quick hours. It is light weight and best of all self cleans the rollers of hair so clean up is very quick and easy. not much to compair it too.

it gets allot of dirt and carpet stuck inside the area inside the parts so I have to take it apart to clean it. I don't like that. too much trouble having to take it apart after every single use. Can not do a large area without stopping to clean out the machine

I would buy the machine again all day long.

We used the carpet cleaner in the basement after our in-laws moved out. It hasn't been cleaned in years. The steam helped get the grounded in dirt and stuff the dog left behind. After we were done with a room it smelled so good and looked clean. Where was this machine all my life. The only thing I see wrong is it runs out of water too fast. A small room took us 3 time refilling the carpet cleaner. Getting the carpet that clean is worth filling it up that many times.

Almost perfect

I use for whole house shampooing and spot cleaning. Great carpet cleaning and super easy to clean after use. Edge cleaning could be improved. Have to go around edge of room with hand tool to get edges clean before doing rest of room.

Amazing 👏

I bought this in hopes it brought my carpet back to life. It cleaned the stains out with ease. I have a kid and 2 dogs and live where it snows so my carpets can go through it even with us taking shoes off at the door. I've tried many carpet cleaning products and carpet cleaners and none took out the stains the way this one does. Here's a video of one of the tough stains I could not get out, finally coming out with a single swipe.

Worked great until it belt Broke.. No replacement

The belt broke and it is sold out everywhere! NO comparable belts are available through any retailer I checked. Very expensive item to break so easily!!

I would never buy another one or recommend it!!!

Biggest piece of junk for a cleaner we have ever owned. Does OK on carpets nothing to get excited about. The upholstery attachment is a total joke won't spray water and if it does there is no suction to get the water sucked up.

lowes selling used, dirty product as new

just picked it up and have not used it yet, however upon opening the box the included cleaning products were opened and completely empty, none of the attachments were in their respective protective cardboard spaces nor were they in the usual plastic bags that come from the manufacturer (though the bags were crammed into the bottom of the box on their own). there was hair wrapped around the rollers and pet fur plastered to the sides. can't say anything about the product itself but Lowes is sellin...

Steam clean

works amazingly great, cleaned my area rugs in my home .as well as my patio rug. I was very impressed.

Carpets looks new again

Only negative is loud (but the noise can be overlooked due to machine performance) slight ringing in ears if using for hours @ entire floor/building 1) vacuum first 2) use machine as wanted 3) advised to rinse carpets @ no soap, afterwards (depending on type the soap attracts dirt quickly) _____ It removed/cleaned carpet only using HOT water (no formula, soap...) @ just needed 2 passes drying completely in-between. ***I recommend using a foaming sanitizer hand soap to clean machine afterward...

Pet version is better @ BASIC everyday

BULKY. I only expect 24 months of use. $100/year should be expected ***Major downside is poor heating*** must use warm water then unit makes it slightly hotter (as main complaint with other reviews) Due to pricing I'll only recommend buying while on sale (Xmas. Spring. And Xmas-july) the accessories are useless and no storage options (I only bought for BASE @ easier to store post-maintenance without worries about leakage = everything else is useless @ requires a different product portable versio...

Well worth the cost and easy to use.

The machine is very easy to use. The three settings for steam wash and dry are all excellent. My carpet looks new and smells very nice.
