[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth every penny. I didn't think I would use/want the steaming feature but it is an amazing add to the carpet cleaner. The vacuum cleaner is easy to use and takes care of the tough pet stains I have.

Useless as a steamer

Just used for first time since Christmas 2023.very little if any steam.very disappointed I wasted my money .

Water tanks problem

The reason I only gave it one star is because of the dirty water tank, it doesn't fit properly and I dropped it 3 times, having to re-wash my carpet the same number of times because of the dirty water that fell. It's a shame that it works very well, but its dirty water tank doesn't.

Worth the money

Works extremely well. Good deep clean without leaving the carpet soggy. I've had many different carpet shampooers, and this one is hands down the easiest to clean.

Small area perfect, bigger carpets require a couple of too many trips to refill the tank and empty dirty water.Then again pretty good stuffsuper nice to clean the brushes easily. def a nice thing for any household

My intial experience and thoughts/improvement ideas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with our previous carpet cleaner from a different popular brand both fall short when it comes to tank volume, much too small, and the ability to fill the tank with ease. Even using a funnel and measuring cup is awkward as the tank does not sit flat so it either takes two or find a method to hold the tank upright while filling. Second improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove the rollers for a more thorough cleaning. Our other ...
